Objectives To compare the number of G cells and D cells and the expression of gastrin(Gastrin,GAS)and somatostatin(Somatostain,SS)in the gastric mucosa of chronic nonatrophic gastritis(CNAG)patients and healthy people. And to explore the effect of Hp infection on the number of G cells and D cells and the expression of GAS and SS in gastric antral mucosa of CNAG patients,so as to provide reference for the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of CNAG.Methods 1 All subjects were from October 2015 to April 2016 in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital,Department of Gastroenterology, outpatient and ward,by endoscopy and pathological biopsy confirmed40 cases of CNAG patients as a case group, select the same period 40 cases of Digestion Endoscopic Room for gastroscopy examination of healthy subjects as a control group.2The basic information of the study object was collected by the general situation questionnaire(homemade).3 Before gastroscopy, all the subjects had to sign the“informed consent of the digestive endoscopy”,and by two endoscopic physicians(deputy chief physician or more)endoscopy, and take 3 antral mucosa. An antral mucosa sent to the pathology by the same pathologist(deputy chief physician or more)to complete the test before the final diagnosis; One piece to take rapid urease test(RUT,Rapid urease test)to determine whether the Hp infection; After immunohistochemical staining of SP method, the last one piece of the number of G cells and D cells was measured by IPP(image-pro-plus)6.0 professional image analysis software, and the strength of the expression were measured by density mean.4 Finally,we used SPSS21.0software to analyse all the data statistically. Before the data is carried out,all the data were tested for normal distribution and homogeneity test of variance.Measurement data was expressed by mean standard±deviation(sx ±).Using t test for comparison between two sample means;Using chi-square test for count data. The statistical results :P<0.05 indicates that statistically significant. Results The number of G cells in antral mucosa of case group was compared with that of control group(196.24 ± 97.41vs185.38 ± 78.68),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The number of D cells in the gastric antral mucosa was lower than that in the control group(82.87 ± 73.47vs129.20 ± 77.18),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).2 The expression of GAS immunohistochemistry in gastric antral mucosa was higher than that in control group(802.73±291.06vs469.73 ±171.20),SS immunohistochemical expression was lower than that in the control group(896.02 ± 494.86vs1381.18 ± 492.20),the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01).3 The number of G cells in gastric antral mucosa of Hp(+)group was significantly higher than that in Hp(-)group(208.26 ± 114.61 vs 181.54 ± 71.61),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The number of D cells was lower than that of Hp(-)group(48.82 ± 12.23 vs 144.49 ± 94.16),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).4 The expression of GAS immunohistochemistry in gastric antral mucosa of Hp(+)group was higher than that in Hp(-)group(943.61 ±298.78vs630.56±164.34),and the expression of SS immunohistochemistry was lower than that of Hp(-)group(583.89±232.81 vs 1277.54±463.28),the differences were statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusions 1 The number of D cells in gastric antral mucosa in CNAG patients decreases,GAS expression increases and SS expression decreases.2 The number of D cells in gastric antral mucosa in Hp(+)CNAG patients decreases, indicating that Hp infection impact the number of D cells in gastric antral mucosa in CNAG patients.3 The expression of GAS in gastric antral mucosa in Hp(+)CNAG patients increases, and the expression of SS decreases, indicating that Hp infection impact the expression of GAS and SS in gastric antral mucosa in CNAG patients.
