In the storage period,cream often occur stratification,lossing water,creaming which that macroscopic physical instability phenomenon,seriously impact on the quality of the preparation and application.Because of the Chinese native medicine ingredient and more complex,so Chinese medicine cream preparation in a similar unstable phenomenon.The main factors affecting the stability of the cream formulations is emulsifiers,and the compatibility of the drug with cream base is to determine the microscopic structure of the cream System Construction and stability of the key.This paper introduces the cream of liquid crystalline gel network microstructure theory,to elucidate the physical stability of the cream from the microscopic structure of deep-seated problems,and to study the impact of emulsifier built by the network structure of the the cream liquid crystalline glue,and to explore Chinese medicines impact on cream with liquid crystalline gel network structure.In this paper,non-ionic and anionic surfactants as emulsifiers,baicalin,berberine,matrine,glycyrrhetinic acid,paeonol and emodin six kinds of Chinese medicines as a model drug,to produce five kinds.The cream base and six kinds of Chinese medicines cream for the study,starting from macroeconomic stability,microeconomic microstructure,free water and bound water distribution and viscoelastic,to study anionic/non-ionic emulsifiers as well as Chinese medicines impact on cream with liquid crystalline gel network microstructure,constructed to explore the cream during storage liquid crystalline gel network structure of a significant change.1.Study of nonionic emulsifier to cream liquid crystalline gelnetwork structure influenceGlyceryl monostearate/Myr j 52 and cetostearyl alcohol formed cream,poor stability.While SS/SSE-20 cetostearyl alcohol may be formed in a stable liquid crystalline gel network structure.2.Study of anionic emulsifier to cream liquid crystalline gel network structure influenceGenerated by the reaction of stearic acid and triethanolamine,organic amines soaps,triethanolamine stearate surface active agent and glycerol monostearate mixed in a mixed emulsifier,cream with that of the one hundred and cetostearyl alcohol to form liquid crystalline gel network structure is relatively stable.In sodium dodecyl sulfate,potassium oleate emulsifier formed medicines and cream baseIn this paper,the molecular structure and physico-chemical properties of traditional Chinese medicines and cream base excipients,From the solubility in the oil phase and the aqueous phase,oil-water interfacial activity of emulsifier,solubility parameters and self-gather performance characterization study traditional Chinese medicines and cream base compatibility.Results showed that baicalin,berberine,matrine,Dan glycyrrhetinic acid,phenol and emodin which 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine ingredient solubility in the oil is bigger than in the water.So the 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine composition can be added to the oil cream preparation phase.Nonionic emulsifier than ionic has stronger interfacial activity,it reduces the size of the ability of oil-water interfacial tension to:Glyceryl monostearate-Myrj 52>SS-SSE-20>SDS>oil potassium>glycerol monostearate—stearic acid-triethanolamine glyceryl monostearate.Using Hansenr the solubility parameters ball theory further illustrate the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the compatibility of the cream base.The solubility parameter values of the same ingredients of Chinese medicine in the different cream base are very close,the compatibility of different traditional Chinese medicine composition with cream matrix pecking order:Berberine<matrine<glycyrrhetinic acid<paeonol<emodin<skullcap glycosides.The self-aggregating properties of the emulsifier is more proof amphiphilic compound cetostearyl alcohol mutually parallel bilayer from the aggregates formed in the solution is prepared containing the liquid crystal plastic mesh structure cream essential conditions.
