Objective: To study the effect of adjunctive chemotherapy combined with Kanglaite injection in the immunity and recovery of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods : Eighty-one patients with NSCLC who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected.First, according to the different types of pathology, the patients were divided into two groups of squamous cell carcinoma and non-squamous cell carcinoma. Each group was randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, the chemotherapy regimen for squamous cell carcinoma group is: docetaxel 80 mg / m2,d1;cisplatin 75 mg / m2,d1;the chemotherapy regimen for non-squamous cell group is: pemetrexed 500 mg / m2,d1,cisplatin 75 mg / m2,d1.The observation group was treated with KLT,200 mL ivgtt d1~7,beginning the first day of chemotherapy. Each treatment interval of 3 weeks, continuous treatment of 4 courses,to evaluate its efficacy.KPS score were assessed before the first chemotherapy and after the fourth chemotherapy, blood samples were collected and examined to test the lymphocyte subgroups: total T cells(CD3+),total B cells(CD3-CD19+)and helper T cells(Th,CD3+CD4+),suppressor T cell / cytotoxic T cells(Ts/Tc,CD3+CD8+),CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells(CD3-CD16+CD56+),To compare whether the difference is statistically significant,to explore the impact of KLT on the immune status of the body.Results:(1)In the squamous cell carcinoma group and non squamous cell carcinoma group,There was no significant difference between the observed group and the control group in the detection of lymphocyte subsets and KPS score before the chemotherapy, and the statistical differences were meaningless,P >0.05,the two groups were comparable.(2)In the squamous cell carcinoma group and non squamous cell carcinoma group, the lymphocyte subsets: CD3+ CD19+、CD3+、CD4+ / CD8+、CD3+ CD4+ and NK cells were decreased,CD3+ CD8+ were increased compared with those before chemotherapy in the control group, the statistical differences were significant,P <0.05.(3)In the squamous cell carcinoma group, the lymphocyte subsets: CD3-CD19+、CD3+、CD3+CD8+、CD3+CD4+ and NK cells were slightly increased,CD4+/CD8+ were slightly decreased compared with those before chemotherapy in the observed group, the statistical differences were meaningless,P >0.05.(4)In non squamous cell carcinoma group, the lymphocyte subsets: CD3-CD19+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+CD4+ and NK cells were slightly increased,CD3+CD8+ were slightly decreased compared with those before chemotherapy in the observed group, the statistical differences were meaningless,P >0.05.(5)In the squamous cell carcinoma group and non squamous cell carcinoma group, after chemotherapy, the lymphocyte subsets: CD3-CD19+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+CD4+ and NK cells in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,CD3+CD8+ were significantly higher than the observation group, the statistical differences were significant,P <0.05.(6)In squamous cell carcinoma group and non squamous cell carcinoma group, the number of KPS scores improved in the observed group was more than that of the control group, the statistical differences were significant,P <0.05.Conclusions: Chemotherapy can weaken the immune function and the quality of life of patients with NSCLC treated by surgery;Chemotherapy combined with kanglaite injection can improve the quality of life and the immune function of the patients with NSCLC treated by surgery.
