| Objectives:To retrospectively analyze the clinical and pathological data of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)who were hospitalized in Department of Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from January 2011 to December 2016.The clinical features, endoscopic findings, pathology Histological examination results and medication status. Methods: Application of medical records browsing system from January 2011 to December 2016 in the Yan’an University Affiliated Hospital of Gastroenterology admitted to patients with ulcerative colitis in the information, delete the incomplete data,a total of 110 cases(the same patient 1 year Hospitalization only 1).Self-made statistical table, which includes general information, clinical manifestations, complications, see the colonoscopy, histopathological examination results and medication situation. All data are entered in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, the database is established, the SPASS20.0 software package for statistical processing, age with the average(x ±s)said, count data with the composition ratio description, comparison between groups using chi-square testResults:1.The proportion of men and women in patients with ulcerative colitis was 1.04: 1;the age of onset was 22-81 years old,the average age of onset was 45 ± 0.5 years.Onset peak age of 50-59 years old,the course of several days to more than 20 years.2.There was no statistically significant difference between the different clinical types in gender, age group, severity of illness and lesion range. There was significant difference between fever and anemia(P<0.05).3.There was no statistically significant difference between the sex ratio and the age group(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance in the symptoms of anemia(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in sex ratio, age group and clinical manifestation(P> 0.05).5.There were no significant differences in gender composition between different clinical manifestations. The symptoms of bloating and fever were statistically significant in different age groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the composition ratio of anemia and parenteral(P<0.05).6.Dietary factors, smoking and the incidence of UC is closely related.7.The results of histopathological examination showed that atypical hyperplasia in different lesions, different disease composition ratio was statistically significant(P <0.05).8.Treatment: mild to moderate use of salicylic acid formulations of the high proportion of patients with severe cases of glucocorticoid, surgical treatment of only 2 cases.Conclusion:1.Ulcerative colitis in patients with no significant difference in the proportion of men and women;incidence of peak age of 50~59 years old,the average age of onset in the 45±0.5 years old.The course of the disease for several days to more than 20 years.2.Anemia in the early onset, severe patients more common, fever in elderly patients and chronic relapse, chronic persistent type more common.3.The incidence of ulcerative colitis is closely related to diet and non-smoking.4.Colonoscopy seen to the main erosion, ulcers, vascular texture fuzzy, congestion and edema mainly atypical hyperplasia occurred in the rectum and severe ulcerative colitis patients.5.Treatment of the main use of conservative treatment of drugs.Mild to moderate patients with the use of aminosalicylic acid preparations, severe patients with glucocorticoid treatment. |
