| Objectives:1.To evaluate HCMV-IgM test and Fluorescent Quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR)diagnostic value of 0.5~1 year-old children who are infected with cytomegalovirus.2.To study the significance of HCMV-IgM quantitative test of 0.5~1 year-old children with primary cytomegalovirus infection.3.To study the prevalence infection of cytomegalovirus of jinxiang County Ji-ning City. Methods:Using the chemiluminescent immunoassay to test HCMV-IgM levels and affinity index of 268 blood and urine-specimens from 0.5~1 year-old children, who clinical diagnosis of HCMV infection during in June 1(st),2014 to October 31(st),2016 from Jinxiang People’s Hospital Affiliated to Ji-ning Medical University of Shandong Province.Using the methed of FQ-PCR to test midpiece urine specimens, and analysing the data.Collecting 2684 blood-specimens from the 0.5~1 years old children who were born in Jin-xiang County Shandong over the same pieriod, and texting those samples by HCMV-IgM quantitative and qualitative detection to know the primary infection rate and secondary infection rate.Result:1.The positive rate of using FQ-PCR method to detect DNA content from urine is higher than ELISA statutory testing serum IgM antibody, the comparison with statistical significance(p<0.01).2.To study the correlation between IgM content and IgG affinity.IgM-antibody content level is proportional to low affinity HCMV-IgG.The difference is statistically significant(χ2=12.42,P<0.05).3.The HCMV infection rate of 0.5-1 year-old chlildren is 1.27%(IgM ELISA test)and the rate of primary infection is 0.78% in Jin-xiang Country Ji-ning City.Conclusion:IgM-antibody content level is fixed proportional to primary infection rate of HCMV of 0.5~1 year-old children.IgM quantitative test results are suggestive and assistant to 0.5~1 infant recent HCMV infection time. The total infection rate and the primary infection rate of HCMV are higher than the average level of our country,in other words,it’s high infection area of HCMV,which should pay more attention to the prevention and the control. |
