Objective : To evaluate the value of high frequent ECG(HFECG)and treadmill exercise test(TET)in the diagnosis in diabetes patients with suspected coronary heart disease, which compared with the results of coronary angiography(CAG).Methods: 138 diabetes patients suffered with similar heart disease symptom were 54.22±8.47 year-old(38-75 year-old),of which 81 cases is male,57 cases is female. They were all checked by HFECG,TET and selective left, right coronary artery angiography(CAG),and then comparative analysis the value of HFECG and TET to the results of CAG in diabetes patients. Results: 1.The sensitivity of HFECG was 75.34% for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)with diabetes patients, the specificity was 89.23%,the false positive rate was 10.77%,false negative rate was 24.66%,positive predictive value was 88.71%,negative predictive value was 76.32%,Youden index was 64.57%,accuracy was 81.88%.2.The sensitivity of TET was 63.01% for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)with diabetes patients, the specificity was 78.46%,the false positive rate was 21.54%,false negative rate was 36.99%,positive predictive value was 76.67%,negative predictive value was 65.38%,Youden index was 41.47%,accuracy was 70.29%.3.With the increase of diabetes patients with coronary artery lesion counts, the positive rate of HFECG increasing, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.HFECG and TET could detect the diabetes patients with the coronary double or three branch lesions more effectively and efficiently than to detect the patients with single branch lesion. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.HFECG and TET could obviously improve the sensitivity of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease diagnosis and reduce missed diagnosis in parallel test,so the parallel test of HFECG and TET could be used as screening index of early diagnosis of coronary heart disease with diabetes patients. Conclusions: 1.HFECG compared with TET,the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in diabetes patients has a higher degree of sensitivity, specific and prediction accuracy,so it is a simple and reliable noninvasive examination for diabetes patients to screen coronary heart disease.2.HFECG and TET have higher positive rates for coronary double and three branch lesions than that of single lesion.3.Parallel test of HFECG and TET can improve the accuracy of diagnosis in coronary heart disease with diabetic patients.
