Objective Detected the levels of serum PCSK9 and LPS in patients with acute coronary syndrome, stable angina pectoris and non coronary heart disease.Observed the changes of PCSK9 and LPS levels in patients with coronary heart disease, and explore their relationship with coronary heart disease, investigated the relationship between serum PCSK9 levels and LPS levels and lipoprotein, and further provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods Select 126 patients with coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary angiography who were in Department of Cardiology and Department of geriatrics during December 2015 to June 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University, including 65 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),61 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)and 49 patients without coronary heart disease by coronary angiography as the control group.C-reactive protein(CRP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood routine, liver and kidney function were measured by fasting blood at second days in department of clinical laboratory, and collect patient sex and age, smoking history, drinking history, history of hypertension, high blood sugar and other baseline data.Plasma PCSK9 and LPS levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results 1.The plasma PCSK9 level in ACS group was significantly higher than that of SAP group and control group(1.89 + 0.22 vs 1.65 + 0.35,1.89 + 0.22 vs 1.45 + 0.34,P < 0.01),plasma PCSK9 level in SAP group was higher than the control group(1.65 + 0.35 vs1.45 + 0.34,P < 0.01);the plasma LPS level in ACS was significantly higher than that of SAP group and the control group(1.18 + 0.184 vs 1.07 + 0.26,1.18 + 0.184 vs 0.97 + 0.28,P < 0.01),plasma LPS level SAP group was higher than the control group(1.18 + 0.184 vs 0.97 + 0.28,P < 0.01);2.The plasma levels of PCSK9 in ACS group were positively correlated(R =0.509,0.516,0.479,0.470,0.448,all P < 0.01)with LPS,LDL-C,TC,Apo B and Hs-CRP.In SAP group,PCSK9 level was positively correlated with LPS,LDL-C,TC,Apo B,TG(R =0.338,0.341,0.374,0.378,0.026,all P < 0.05),However,there was no correlation between serum PCSK9 level and serum lipid levels and conventional inflammatory markers in the normal group(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum PCSK9 and serum LPS in patients with coronary heart disease were higher than those in non coronary artery disease group and in acute coronary syndrome patients higher than in stable angina pectoris patients. In patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),serum PCSK9 level is closely related to cholesterol metabolism index(TC,LDL-C,Apo B)and LPS.Clinical detection of serum PCSK9 level can be used as an important indicator of coronary heart disease and has clinical significance.
