| Objective: To study the high blood pressure,according to the basic renin activity will be hypertension group,different kinds of antihypertensive drug intervention,observe the followed up for 2 weeks after the antihypertensive effects of different drugs,to regulate provide new clues for individualized initial antihypertensive treatment.Methods: First of all,this is a prospectie study,clinical data complete and perfect the seat for the determination of aldosterone renin patients 120 cases,eventually improve the follow-up of 78 cases of patients,strictly the ARB group(40)and CCB(38).In this study,according to the determination of PRA level research object can be divided into high renin group [H-PRA,PRA >2.00 ng/ml(h.)],renin group [M-PRA,0.74 ng/ml(h.)< PRA acuities were 2.00 ng/ml(h.)] and low renin groups [L-PRA,PRA acuities were 0.74 ng/ml(h.)].Using ELISA to detect peripheral blood biochemical indicators.Results: The total population were randomly divided into ARB and CCB group,average age(44±5.9),the average BMI for 24±5.6 kg/m~2,the average values of renin activity 2.23±1.01ng/ml · h).Data analysis found in patients with high blood pressure in the crowd,CCB and ARB have antihypertensive effect two groups(all P < 0.05).According to renin activity after the grouping: in low renin group,CCB group difference in blood pressure than ARB,follow-up of the first week(△SBP1:17±4.7mmhg vs 10±4.0mmhg;△DBP1:8±2.3mmhg vs 5±3.3mmhg,P <0.05)and two weeks(△SBP2 : 20±4.6mmhg vs 12±4.5mmhg;△DBP2 : 10±2.4mmhg vs6±3.4mmhg,P<0.05)in two groups of blood pressure drop difference have statistical difference.In high renin group,ARB group difference in blood pressure than CCB,follow-up of the first week(△SBP1:16±5.8mmhg vs 9±4.8mmhg;△DBP1:8±4.3mmhg vs 5±3.3mmhg,P<0.05)and two weeks(△SBP2:20±6.6mmhg vs 11±4.6mmhg;△DBP2:11±4.4mmhg vs6±3.9mmhg,P<0.05)in two groups of blood pressure drop difference have statistical difference.In the renin group,two groups there was no statistically significant difference drop in blood pressure difference.Conclusion: In people with the high blood pressure,low renin activity antihypertensive effect is stronger than the ARB,CCB when renin activity is higher when the ARB antihypertensive effect is stronger than the CCB. |
