Objective:This paper through the collection of the Shihezi community in general information, biochemical indexes and complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus and related laboratory parameters, status of renal function in type 2 diabetic patients to understand the city of Shihezi, and to investigate the related risk factors of the damage of kidney function in patients with diabetes.Method:Using random sampling method, twelve communities in Shihezi were chosen to meet the inclusion criteria of patients with type 2 diabetes, using face information collection method, fill out the questionnaire. The collection of the relevant history with a demographic characteristics, testing and drug use,and laboratory examination.Patients with urinary albumin respectively according to the situation urinary protein negative group and positive group with proteinuria;Chinese modified MDRD formula for calculation of glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),according to the level of eGFR were divided into 3 groups: A:eGFR≥90,B:60 ≤ eGFR < 90,C:eGFR < 60(ml·min-1·1.73 m-2).We analyzed the general situation and laboratory index of each group, using two classification Logistic regression analysis of risk factors of Shihezi community T2 DM patients with renal function damage.Epidata3.02 software was used to build the database file and data entry with SPSS19.0 error.Result:1.a total of 591 patients with T2 DM were enrolled in this study.2.general condition: age 34~87 years old,average(66.21±10.39)years old,the average course of disease(8.90±7.33)years,of which there were male(45.3%),female(54.7%),the ratio of male to female was 1:1.2.3.renal function: microalbuminuria(mAlb < 30mg/L)abnormal accounted for 20.1%;eGFR<60(ml·min-1·1.73 m-2)accounted for6.4%.4.risk factors: duration of disease, history of hypertension, systolic blood pressure, waist circumference, and HbA1 c were risk factors for urinary protein abnormalities;Systolic blood pressure,HbA1 c,and UA were risk factors for renal insufficiency. Conclusion:The prevalence of T2 DM in patients with renal function in Shihezi community is not optimistic, higher rate of abnormal urinary albumin,Mainly based on eGFR≥60(ml·min-1·1.73 m-2).The risk factors of urinary microalbumin were duration of disease, history of hypertension, systolic blood pressure, waist circumference and HbA1 c.The riskfactors of eGFR were systolic blood pressure,HbA1 c and UA.Simultaneous detection of microalbumin-uria and eGFR levels in patients with T2 DM is more significant.
