Objectives Discussing the influence factors of lower extremity vascular lesionof patients who have Obstrucive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS)as well as 2 type diabetes and give evidence to adopt nursing measures. Methods 224 lower extremity vascular lesion patients which have OSAHS and 2 type diabetes in the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of science and technology from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group and 224 cases without lower extremity vascular lesion during the same period were treated as control group.Collecting the below data from two groups: 1.General information: sex, age, education degree, smoke condition, alcohol drinking condition and medical insurance condition.2.Clinical data: blood glucose control condition, duration of diabetes,OSAHS disease degree, duration of OSAHS,constitutional index, hypertension history, dyslipidemia history.3.Family information: each person income of family per month, family solicitude condition.4.Disease control data: OSAHS self-management skill(life management, cure management, knowledge management, psychology management),diabetes treatment compliance(diet compliance, sport compliance, medicine compliance, blood glucose monitoring compliance,self-protection compliance).Comparing and analyzing two group’s data by SPSS17.0 statistics software use chisquare test with single factor analysisand use binary logistic regression with multi-factor analysis. Results 1.Single factor analysis indicated that age, smoke condition, blood glucose control condition, duration of diabetes,OSAHS disease degree, hypertension history, family solicitude condition,OSAHS life management and cure management skill, diabetes treatment compliance, diabetes diet cure compliance, diabetes sport cure compliance, diabetes medicine cure compliance are related to lower extremity vascular disease in OSAHS and 2 type diabetic patients(χ2 values were:8.145,4.390,25.456,13.642,14.425,3.938,7.855,8.423,7.555,6.300,4.057,6.204,4.600,and average P<0.05).2.Multi-factors analysis indicated that smoke condition, blood glucose control condition, duration of diabetes,OSAHS disease degree, hypertension history, family solicitude condition,OSAHS life management and cure managementskill, diabetes treatment compliance, diabetes diet cure compliance, diabetes sport cure compliance, diabetes medicine cure compliance is the lower extremity vascularlesion influence factors of patients who have OSAHS and 2 type diabetes. Conclusions Smoke, low blood glucose control skill, more than 10 years duration of diabetes, middle and severity OSAHS,have hypertension history, poor family solicitude condition, bad OSAHS life management and cure management skill, baddiabetes sport cure compliance and medicine cure compliance is the most dangerous factors to cause lower extremity vascular lesion of patients who have OSAHS and 2 type diabetes.
