Objective: Based on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom(OSAHS)patients and diabetes, pure pure OSAHS patients breathing at night sleep test, observe the reaction degree of hypoxia in sleep apnea index(AHI)and the lowest oxygen saturation SaO2 min conversion and reaction bone index of serum type I tropocollagen molecules N-terminal propeptide(P1NP)and type I collagen cross-linking C-peptide(CTX)levels at the end of the correlation, analyze the association between oxygen and bone metabolism. Methods: Choose between April 2012 and January 2012 in shanxi medical university second hospital monitoring center, endocrinology, respiratory sleep diagnosis for orthopaedic patients in hospital and medical center,a total of 60 cases crowd, divided into the following three groups: pure group of 20 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus, pure OSAHS group 20 cases,OSAHS combined group of 20 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus. In order to exclude the effect of female estrogen level changes on bone metabolism, all patients in the group chose male. All cases are generally information collection, line all night polysomnography(PSG),at the same time detection in patients with fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),serum type I tropocollagen molecules N-terminal propeptide(PINP)and type I collagen cross-linking C-peptide(CTX)level at the end,the correlation of data analysis of oxygen and bone metabolism. Results: 1?apnea index(AHI)higher than pure in patients with type 2 diabetes,at night the lowest oxygen saturation is lower than pure in patients with type 2 diabetes, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin levels lower in the control group(P < 0.05),no significant differences between groups.2?the influence of hypoxia on bone markers PINP,CTX levels: pure OSAHS group is higher than simple diabetes group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),the merger of T2 DM OSAHS group is higher than simple diabetes group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),T2 DM with OSAHS is purer OSAHS group has no obvious statistical significance(P > 0.05).3?Correlation analysis of the indicators AHI,SaO2 min and PINP and CTX of hypoxia: PINP level was positively correlated with AHI(r=0.401),which was negatively correlated with SaO2min(r=-0.397),which was not related to age,FPG and HbAlC.CTX was positively correlated with AHI(r=0.417)and negatively correlated with SaO2min(r=-0.45),unrelated to age,FPG,and HbAlC(P <0.01).Conclusion: Middle-aged men with type 2 diabetic in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom PINP,CTX level higher than sheer OSAHS patients and pure diabetes, bone metabolism in a state of high conversion, speculated that the rise of bone metabolic markers may be associated with intermittent hypoxia caused by respiratory sleep disorders, showed that type 2 diabetes mellitus and in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom higher risk of osteoporosis and bone fracture, the specific mechanism remains to be further studied.
