Establishment And Application Of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model Of Occupational Health Of Open-Pit Iron Mine

Objectives The main purpose of this research is to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of occupational health of open-pit iron mine based on fuzzy mathematics theory.Applying the model to evaluate of an open-pit iron mine to validate the practicability of model,to well know the occupational health status of the mine,to reveal the weak link of occupational health supervision,management and control,to put forward the effective decision of improvement and strengthen of the occupation harm prevention,and to better protect the health of laborers.Methods Applying literature review,focus group discussion and Delphi consultation program to establish the indicators system of comprehensive evaluation of open-pit iron mine occupational health;using optimal method to combine the weights of each layer in the indicators system;using multistage operation of fuzzy mathematics to obtain the degree of membership of comment set from the bottom to the top of the indicators system;Quantificating each comment set level,to get the comprehensive scores of each evaluation indicator of the open-pit iron mine occupational health situation.Results 1 Among the two rounds conducted Delphi consultation,expert positive coefficient was 73.3% and 93.8% in the two rounds,respectively.There were 33 experts to take part in the first round and 30 experts in the second round.The average age of 32 experts was(46.6 ±9.1),the 30 experts was(48.1±8.2).And the average length of service was(24.3 ±9.2)a and(24.8 ±8.2)a in the two rounds,respectively.2 Through literature review,focus group discussion and Delphi consultation program finally established indicators system of 5 layers,included 15 items of the second layer,47 items of the third layer,13 items of the bottom,a total of 80 indicators,and 57 indicators directly involved in the evaluation in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.3 There were 281 office workers in the enterprise non-exposed to occupational hazards.And the remaining 85.9% of the staff were located in the occupational hazard environment directly.Through field investigation and reference of occupation health archives information of enterprises,get the knowledge of 5 posts with the highest monthly average dust concentration that screening process was 0.768 mg/m3,waste rock and tailings disposal process was 0.623 mg/m3,shipping and transportation was 0.427 mg/m3,crushing process was 0.424 mg/m3 and beneficiation process was 0.413 mg/m3;the top 5 post of noise intensity were 88.075 d B(A)of crushing process,87.075 d B(A)of waste rock and tailings disposal,84.500 d B(A)of screening process,83.963 d B(A)of mining process,and 81.860 d B(A)of boiler room,respectively.4 The comprehensive score of occupational health of open-pit iron mine is 77.140.The comprehensive score of “the production process and raw materials",“occupation hazard",“occupation disease prevention measures",“occupation health surveillance ",“occupation health management” were 77.000,65.980,76.420,84.820 and 84.540,respectively.Among the second layer,the third layer and the bottom indicators,the items of comprehensive score lower than 60 sorted from small to large: "screening process"(35.100),"waste rock and tailings disposal"(39.560)," crushing process"(41.400),"shipping and transportation"(49.120)"the harmful factors during the production process"(50.160),"mining"(55.060)and "limited space maintenance"(58.000);the score between 60 and 80 were 33 items,and more than 80 points total of 35 indicators.5 In the post among the evaluated,the comprehensive score of dust was less than that of other factors.The item with the lowest comprehensive score of dust factors was "screening process"(32.200),followed by the "waste rock and tailings disposal process"(34.620).In addition,the "laboratory" dust scored 79.940,insteading other positions of the dust with the lower than 60 points.Conclusions 1 A comprehensive evaluation indicators system of occupational health of open-pit iron mine was established through literature review,focus group discussion and Delphi program.And based on the results of consultation of the panel,the weight of each items of the evaluation system was obtained.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established.2 The occupational health of open-pit iron ore was good.And dust pollution degree of each position was high.The top five post of monthly average dust concentration were “screening process”,“waste rock and tailings disposal process”,“shipping and transportation”,“crushing process” and “beneficiation process”.
