Study On The Component Identification And Content Determination Of Paeoniflorin In Jiannaoling Tablet Quality Standards

In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is in great demand at home and abroad.It promoted the rapid development of TCM industry.However,the overall quality of the TCM is not satisfactory.The extensive greenhouse planting method and initial processing model not only make the content of effective component of medical material not up to standard,but also lead to excessive levels of pesticides and heavy metals.These problems have become the major bottleneck of restricting the healthy development of TCM industry.In order to improve the quality level of TCM products and strengthen the core competence of TCM industry,unified,scientific and high quality national standards are urgently needed to regulate the TCM industry.The standardization,rationality and feasibility of TCM standards is of vital importance to ensure the quality and safety of Chinese medicine,guiding and standardizing the development of the industry and promoting the healthy development of the industry.Under the influence of historical culture,traditional customs,geographical differences,resource,breed characteristics,basic research,analysis of technology and other factors,the standards of TCM materials and Chinese herbs pieces are still incomplete and they affect the quality control and industrial development to a certain extent.It is difficult to guarantee the quality stability and uniformity of TCM varieties because of the above factors.Different batches of products in the same enterprise will lead to quality differences due to using the different batches of raw materials.And the quality of the same products from different enterprises is much different.The mismatch between market price and clinical efficacy is an objective fact that cannot be avoided.Based on the above reasons,this research carried out the study of the herbs in Jiannaoling tablets.We formulated reasonable inspection items and improved the quality standards of Jiannaoling tablets.It can better control the product quality of them and provide the security for the people's medication safety.Original standard of Jiannaolin Tablets is in the 12 th volume of Department of Health standard..It contained some simple standards such as prescription,preparation method,character,microscopic identification and physical and chemical identification.So drug quality cannot be fundamentally guaranteed.In this paper,fructus schisandrae chinensis,angelica sinensis,Rhizoma chuanxiong,radix paeoniae alba,liquorice and red ginseng were identified by TLC,the content of paeoniflorin in radix paeoniae alba was determined by HPLC,and the internal quality of Jiannaolin Tablets was controlled.
