Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To study the effect of blood glucose management team combined with internet-based glucose monitoring system(IBGMS)on the situation of hyperglycemia quality control in hospitalized patients,for the further optimization of hospitalized patients with hyperglycemia control mode provides the blue print.Methods:The hospitalized patients with hyperglycaemia in other departments except endocrinology who met the inclusive and exclusive criteria were extracted in our hospital on June 1th,2015 to June 30 th,2015 before the establishment of the blood glucose management team combined with IBGMS and on June 1th,2016 to June 30 th after the establishment has established,The number of patients before and after was 332 and 536 respectively,The before-after control experimental method was used in the study to compare with outcome measures.The specific results were compared by statistical method,two groups compared means between two groups by two independent samples t test,and tested the rate of using χ2 test analysis.Results:The comparison before and after found that after of the rate of hyperglycaemia relevance ratio(28.62%)were higher than before of the rate of hyperglycaemia relevance ratio(16.8%)(P<0.001),There is no difference between after of the Hb A1 c detection rate(92.91%)and before of the Hb A1 c detection rate(90.66%)(P=0.234),after of the hyperglycaemia monitoring rate(98.88%),the hyperglycaemia treatment rate(74.81%),the rate of target blood glucose reaching the standard(40.11%)were significantly higher than before of the hyperglycaemia monitoring rate(74.40%),the hyperglycaemia treatment rate(54.21%),the rate of target blood glucose reaching the standard(28.61%)(P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.001),after of the OGTT implementation rate(27.31%)and before of the OGTT implementation rate(34.68%)had no significant difference(P=0.117),after of the rate of new-diagnosed abnormal glucose metabolism(21.30%)were higher than before of the rate of new-diagnosed abnormal glucose metabolism(9.25%)(P=0.001),after of the average blood glucose monitoring number(47.57±26.619)was higher than before of the average blood glucose monitoring number(31.92±25.350)(P<0.001),after of the hypoglycemia incidence rate(5.97%)compared with before of the hypoglycemia incidence rate(9.94%)decreased(P=0.031),after of the average hospitalization days(9.95±2.801)d compared with before of the average hospitalization days(11.36±3.012)d shortened(P<0.001).Conclusion:The hyperglycaemia quality control mode of blood glucose management team combined with IBGMS could effectively improve the situation of hyperglycemia quality control in hospitalized patients.
