Objective: According to the current situation of diabetes epidemiology and diabetes prevention and management in the region,using information technology to analyze the blood sugar changes in hospitalized patients with diabetes,and to understand the weak links of hospitalized patients' blood glucose monitoring,so as to guide Clinical blood glucose management.Methods: Based on a multicenter,informatized blood glucose management platform,from September 2016 to January 2018,a total of 10608 hospitalized diabetes patients were collected from the Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University,and the Chongqing Three Gorges Central Hospital.Three models of Population,Patient,and Patient-day were used to analyze the blood glucose component ratio of inpatients with diabetes: hyperglycemia,hypoglycemia,and ideal blood glucose.Results: A total of 253738 rapid blood glucose monitoring data were collected.According to the Population model,high blood glucose reached 38.3% and ideal blood glucose accounted for only 20.5%.According to the Patient model,13.2% of the patients who had hypoglycemia during hospitalization,patients with severe hypoglycemia accounted for 1.2%,patients with severe hypoglycemia accounted for 9.4% of patients with hypoglycemia.According to the Patient-day model,the number of patients who achieved ideal blood glucose was 49.6%,the incidence of hyperglycemia was 60.2%,and the incidence of severe hyperglycemia was 18.8%.Conclusion: The ideal proportion of blood glucose in hospitalized diabetic patients is low,and the proportion of hyperglycemia is high.After a period of hospitalization,the incidence of hyperglycemia is decreasing,but the traditional endocrinology passive consultation mode causes some hyperglycemia events to be processed in time.Hypoglycemia events occurred in all time periods,and some patients had severe hypoglycemia events.The high-risk period before lunch and fasting,the frequency of blood glucose monitoring before dinner was low.
