Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscope(laparoscopic cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration,LC+LCBDE)and endoscope(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and laparoscopic cholecystectomy,ERCP + LC)in treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.Methods:124 cases of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis patients were collected in our hospital from January 2011 and December 2016,all patients were divided into the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration(LC+LCBDE group)and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and laparoscopic cholecystectomy(ERCP+LC).Compare the success rate, operation time, blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, recent complication and forward complication among two groups. Results: There was significant difference between LC+LCBDE group and ERCP+LC group in operation time, postoperative complication, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay(P<0.05).For the operation time and postoperative complications,LC+LCBDE group is better than ERCP+LC group. For the blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time.ERCP+LC group is better than LC+LCBDE group.Conclusion:1.LC+ LCBDE can shorten hospital stay and reduce postoperative complications for one-stage treatment of concomitant cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.2.LC+ LCBDE is an alternative when ERCP+LC failed to remove cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis..
