Objective: This study by using Sonoclot coagulation and platelet function analyzer detection ACT,CR and PF,using flow cytometry instrument detection the expression level of PMA,explore the changes of different degree of blood coagulation function in patients with ARDS and PMA expression, and correlation analysis, evaluation of PMA can as risk predictors of ARDS coagulopathy,to intervene in the changes of blood coagulation function in patients with ARDS provide new train of thought and basis. Methods: According to the 2012 ARDS Berlin definition,ARDS patients will be put into mild group 32 cases, moderate group 28 cases, severe group of 27 cases, peripheral blood use in hospital 24 hours taken with FCM detecting PMA line Sonoclot coagulation function analysis at the same time ACT,PF,CR,synchronous record between groups of APACHE ? ratings, and randomly selected from 24 patients without respiratory disease medical personnel as the control group, discusses different degree changes of blood coagulation function in patients with ARDS and PMA.Results: Compared with the normal control group,87 cases of PMA,APACHE II score,ACT levels were significantly increased,CR,PF decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(ARDS)(P<0.01).Compared with the normal control group,ACT group,PMA CR mild changes but no significant difference(P>0.05),moderate group and mild group were also changed, but no significant difference(P>0.05),there was significant difference between moderate group and normal control group(P < 0.01)and normal control group;severe mild ARDS group, moderate group were statistically significant(P < 0.01).The peripheral blood PMA and ACT(r = 0.7726,P<0.01),APACHE score and ACT(r = 0.8188,P<0.01)were positively correlated with CR;PMA(r = 0.7117,P<0.01)were positively correlated;PMA were negatively correlated with PF(r =-0.7266,P<0.01);the APACHE score and CR(R = 0.7849,P<0.01)were positively correlated;was negatively correlated with the APACHE score and PF(r =-0.7635,P<0.01).Conclusion: The function of the coagulant function of ARDS is related to the development of the disease, which is the abnormal condition of coagulant function in the early period, and the coagulant disorder increases with the condition of the disease. The PMA has a good correlation with the ACT,CR,and PF,but it has the highest correlation with the ACT.PMA change with illness with APACHE ? score positive correlation;PMA can be a high risk factor for determining the abnormal blood flow and severity of the disease.ACT can be used as a reliable indicator of changes in the function of ARDS.
