| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Modified Shaoyao Decoction in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis with hot and humid inclusions.Promote the scope of application of traditional Chinese medicine for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference.Methods:1 by review the relevant literature and information,using randomized controlled trial method,selected from July 2015 to December 2015 in Hebei Province,Chinese medicine hospital anorectal ward clinical diagnosis of chronic ulcerative colitis TCM dialectical hot and humid mixed type 80 patients.According to the randomized controlled trial,80 patients were divided into TCM treatment group and control group.The selected cases are in line with Western medicine and Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria(see inclusion criteria).All patients were routinely examined before treatment.2 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Modified Shaoyao Decoction retention enema,40 cases in the control group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid retention enema,40 days for a course of treatment.The mean reduction of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 levels in the serum of the two groups was described and statistically analyzed.And to reduce the patient’s symptom score after treatment as the main basis for judging the clinical efficacy.Finally,the evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Shaoyao Decoction was made.Results:1 treatment group compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with a significant improvement,P <0.05.It is proved that Modified Shaoyao Decoction retention enema has obvious effectcompared with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis with hot and humid inclusions;2 The patients in the treatment group and the control group were better than the control group P <0.01.The patients in the treatment group and the control group were compared with the TCM symptom score before and after enema.Compared with the control group,the average number of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in serum of 40 patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group P <0.05.During the 40-day clinical trial,80 patients in the treatment and control groups did not show any symptoms after enema.50 cases in the treatment of 1 week after the review of liver and kidney function,blood and ECG,the test results were no significant changes before treatment,to prove that the side no obvious side effects.Conclusions:Modified Shaoyao Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with chronic ulcerative chronic ulcerative colitis and has the effect of down-regulating the expression of interleukin-6and interleukin-8 in sera of patients with chronic ulcerative colitis and the resulting role. |
