Objective: To investigate the influence of aerobic exercise combined with resistance training on glycemic index(FPG?2hPG?HbA1c),serum lipid parameter(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),physique index(SBP,DBP,BMI)of adolescents type 2 adolescent diabetic patients.Diabetes is caused by multiple causes,such as genetic factors,social factors,environmental factors and lifestyle.It is reported,with an increasing number of obesity among adolescents and physical activity decreases,adolescents with type 2 diabetes worldwide for 12.0/10 and 24.3/10 respectively presents the trend of steady growth,the speed of a serious impact on health,gradually become a global public health problem,pressing for diabetes detection system should be established in order to find effective prevention and early intervention,to delay or prevent the occurrence and development of the diabetes complications,reduce patient pain and burden of disease,body height all people health level.The latest study found that exercise could induce peroxisome proliferator of peroxidase to activate receptor ? to activate auxiliary factor?1(PGC1-?)to promote the expression of skeletal muscle type ? fibronectin component NDC5 mRNA and to promote the secretion of muscle factor Irisin,thus inducing white fat turn brown and increase energy consumption,regulate glucolipid metabolism,improvement the action such as insulin resistance.Aerobic exercise could enhance oxygen inhalation,transport and use,for the purpose of the body's oxygen content and oxygen consumption roughly equal,with a character of rhythmic,low intensity,long duration,etc.Resistance is also called the Resistive Exercise or power resistance.It refers to in the process of anaerobic exercise aiming at exercising certainmuscle to enhance resistance,it mainly includes load resistance movement,combat sports,overcome the elastic body movement and the use of strength training equipment,etc.Resistance movement can effectively prevent the decrease of the bulk and strength of muscle thus improves the control ability of glycemic and increase the quantity of insulin receptor and its sensitivity.This study aims at exploreing whether aerobic exercise and resistance training could promote adolescents with type 2 diabetes accept timely treatment and follow-up,so as to improve the patient's blood sugar and blood fat and prevent the progress of diabetes complications,improve the prognosis of patients and the outcome.Methods:1 Research objectsChoose 45 teenager patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in Endocrinology Department of The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from August 2015 to July 2016 as the research object.These patients are aged 13 ~ 20,in which 24 cases are male,and 21 cases are female.2 Research methodsAccording to the hospitalized number,convenience sampling method was used to group the 45 cases,23 cases are control group,22 cases intervention group.Two groups of patients were accepted diabetes comprehensive education management scheme,guide them the correct diet,medication,blood sugar monitoring,and follow-up time and distribute them health guide handbook,and give them 5 times follow-up after discharge.Each follow-up is carried out in accordance with the predesign follow-up observation table,mainly including asking the current state of patients,understand if the patients grasp the knowledge of their condition and exercise adherence.According to patients' answers,explanations and guidance should be given at any time.And consultation should be given when patients have bad mood.Guidance on correct diet,medication,review should be given at the same time to make sure patients can take medicine correctly and review ontime.On the basis of this,exercise are used,the control group adopt aerobic exercise,and the intervention group adopt aerobic exercise combines resistance exercise,observe if there is statistically significant between two groups biochemical indexes and blood pressure,body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio have in the first diagnosis and after 3-month intervention.3 Statistical analysesData were input with Epi Data3.2 software,and analysised with SPSS21.0statistical software.After normality inspection of measurement data,results which meet the normal distribution use mean + /-standard deviation,i.e.+ s,using two sample mean more to test.Results which does not meet the normal distribution use median plus or minus quarterback spacing,namely to MħQR.According to the rank and inspection of two independent samples nonparametric test the Mann-Whitney Z test method;The level data use rank and inspection;Count data use four table card party inspection or R * C table card party;All inspection method adopts double side,inspection level a =0.05.Results:1 There have no statistical difference(P>0.05)between two groups in terms of gender,age,education level and other general aspects.The information of the two groups of patients had a balanced and comparable data.2 Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between two groups of patients in fasting blood glucose,blood sugar2 hours after meal,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood fat.After the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)in fasting blood glucose,blood sugar 2 hours after meal and the improvement of glycated hemoglobin,intervention group is better than that of control group(t=3.147,t=3.460,t=2.718);Blood lipid of TC,TG,lower and higher HDL-C,intervention group is better than that of control group(Z=3.157,Z=3.339,Z=3.524),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),blood lipid of LDL-C reduce(Z=1.775),the difference between the two groups has nostatistical significance(P>0.05).3 There were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between two groups of patients before and after the intervention in BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure comparison(before intervention: Z=0.104,Z=0.717,Z=0.914,Z=0.574;after the intervention Z=0.026,Z=0.733,Z=1.301,Z=0.832).Conclusions:1 Aerobic exercise combines resistance exercise can better control the adolescent type 2 diabetic patients with blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin levels.2 Aerobic exercise combines resistance exercise can better control the adolescent patients with type 2 diabetes,total cholesterol,triglyceride and high density lipoprotein level.3 It is effective for the adolescent type 2 diabetes patients to take aerobic exercise combines resistance exercise.
