Objective To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise(AT),resistance exercise(RT),and combined resistance-aerobic exercise(RT+AT)in people with gestational diabetes(GDM)on fasting blood glucose(FBG)and two-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),weight gain in the third trimester,premature delivery,cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,macrosomia,etc.,and analyze the effects of these three exercise methods on metabolic control and maternal-infant outcomes among GDM population,GDM elderly maternal population,GDM non-advanced maternal population,and look for exercise methods that are more suitable for GDM population,GDM elderly maternal population,and GDM non-advanced maternal population.Provide theoretical basis for exercise intervention in GDM population,GDM elderly maternal population,GDM non-advanced maternal population.Methods From August 2019 to December 2020,210 cases of confirmed GDM patients were collected from the obstetric clinics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,and were divided into 70 cases of AT group,70 cases of RT group,70 cases of RT+AT group according to the random number table method.Each group was divided into GDM elderly maternal population and GDM non-advanced maternal population according to whether they were older than 35 years of age at delivery.The AT group exercised by walking,the RT group used a sitting position to lift a 1 kg dumbbell for exercise,and the RT+AT group performed both walking exercises and dumbbell exercises.Each group received dietary intervention.Observe and compare three groups of clinical indicators such as FBG,2h PBG,Hb ALc,SBP,DBP,incidence of preterm birth,incidence of cesarean section,weight gain in late pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage and incidence of macrosomia.SPSS25.0 was used to statistically process the research data,and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results Regardless of age group: There was no significant difference in the general information of the three groups of GDM population before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the three groups of GDM populations had statistically significant differences in 2h PBG,Hb ALc,cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage,and incidence of macrosomia(P<0.05).Although the three groups of GDM populations had no statistically significant differences in FBG,SBP,DBP,and weight gain in the third trimester(P>0.05),it can be seen that the RT+AT group was better than other groups.GDM elderly maternal population group: There was no statistically significant difference in the general information of the GDM population in the three groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the three groups had statistically significant differences in Hb ALc and postpartum hemorrhage(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the GDM group in FBG,2h PBG,SBP,DBP,cesarean section rate,weight gain in the third trimester,and the incidence of macrosomia(P>0.05),but it can be seen that the RT+AT group was better than other groups.GDM non-advanced maternal population group: There was no statistically significant difference in the general information of the GDM population in the three groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the three groups had statistically significant differences in 2h PBG,Hb ALc(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the GDM group in FBG,SBP,DBP,cesarean section rate,weight gain in the third trimester,postpartum hemorrhage,incidence of macrosomia(P>0.05),but it can be seen that the RT+AT group was better than other groups.Conclusion 1.AT,RT,RT+AT can all improve the metabolic indexes of GDM population,GDM elderly maternal population and GDM non-advanced maternal population,RT+AT is more suitable than AT,RT;2.RT+AT improves the maternal and infant outcomes of GDM population,GDM elderly maternal population and GDM non-advanced maternal population better than AT and RT.
