| Objective: analysis of the impact of orthodontic treatment of adult female patients with facial photographs by measurement,Compare class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion with different grow pattern of the change of maloccl usion patients before and after tooth extraction and non-extraction treatment.To explore the influence factors of orthodontic therapy with tooth extraction on frontal view of facial soft tissue of adult female patients,and to provide valuable reference for clinical diagnosis,treatment plan design and evaluation of therapeutic effect.Methods : Sample selection: there were 84 orthodontic patients with Class Ⅱ Division 1 malocclusion who have finished their orthopedic treatment from the Department of Orthodontics,the first hospital of Hebei Medical University,since June 2009 year to March 2014 year.There are 4groups in this experiment,21 of them in high angle extraction group,21 of them in high angle non extraction group,21 of them in angle extraction group,and the last group with 21 people.The facial width,height,aspect ratio and lip ratio were measured before and after treatment in four groups,and the data were analyzed by paired t test and independent sample t test.Results:1 Facial width changes before and after treatment,the treatment non-extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of high angle,facial width(Zy-Zy),mandible width(Go-Go),nose width(Ac-Ac),mouth width(Ch-Ch),mouth width/mandibular width(Ch-Ch/ Go-Go)before and after the treatments did not change significantly,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The facial height changes before and after treatment,non-extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle with facial height(G-Me)increases,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Non-extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of matched average angle,extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of high angle lower facial height(Sn-Me)after treatment were increased,and there was meaning(P<0.05);Facial width to height ratio changes before and after treatment,non-extraction group of average-angle facial index(G-Me/Zy-Zy)was increased,statistically significant(P<0.05),non-extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of matched average angle,extraction group of high angle mandible index(Sn-Me/Go-Go)after treatment were increased,and there is statistical significance(P<0.01).Non-extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle Go-Go/ G-Me after treatment was decreases(P<0.05);non-extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of matched average angle Zy-Zy/Go-Go was increased,but there was no statistically significant(P>0.05).all the adult female Sto-Me/Sn-Sto increases significantly(P<0.05).2 The comparison of the difference between the non-extraction group of high angle and the non-extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of high angle.Pre-treatment and post-treat ment of the facial width difference between the two groups,the statistical difference facial width(Zy-Zy),mandible width(Go-Go),nose width(Ac-Ac),mouth width(Ch-Ch),mouth width/ mandibular width(Ch-Ch/ Go-Go)at the non-extraction group of high angle and the non-extraction group of average-angle,the extraction group of average-angle and the extraction group of high angle,the non-extraction group of high angle and the extraction group of high angle the extraction,the group of average-angle and the non-extraction group of average-angle,between the four groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of facial height difference between the groups,before and after treatment,the difference between beforeand after treatment of at the non-extraction group of high angle and the non-extraction group of average-angle,the extraction group of average-angle and the extraction group of high angle,the non-extraction group of high angle and the extraction group of high angle,the extraction group of average-angle and the non-extraction group of average-angle,there was no difference(P>0.05).Lower facial height(Sn-Me)the difference between before and after treatment of at the non-extraction group of high angle and the extraction group of high angle,the extraction group of average-angle and the non-extraction group of average-angle,indicating that the difference of non-extraction group is greater changes(P<0.05);the difference between before and after treatment of at the non-extraction group of high angle and the non-extraction group of average-angle,the extraction group of average-angle and the extraction group of high angle,indicating that the difference of high angle group is greater changes,All had statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison of the difference between the width and height of the face before and after orthodontic treatment,facial index(G-Me/Zy-Zy)between non-extraction group of high angle and extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle and extraction group of average-angle,non-extraction group of high angle and non-extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of average-angle and extraction group of high angle,the difference was not statistically significant.Comparison of Mandible index(Sn-Me/Go-Go)difference between the groups,before and after treatment,the non-extraction group of high angle and the extraction group of high angle,the extraction group of average-angle and the non-extraction group of average-angle,Indicating that the difference of non-extraction group is greater changes(P<0.05);there was significant difference between high angle group and mean angle group(P<0.05),between the high angle group and the mean angle group(P<0.01),which showed that the difference at the high angle group was significant.Go-Go/G-Me between non-extraction group of high angle and extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle and extraction group of average-angle Indicating that thedifference of non-extraction group is greater changes(P<0.05),betweed non-extraction group of high angle and non-extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of average-angle and extraction group of high angle,no statistical difference(P>0.05).Zy-Zy/Go-Go between non-extraction group of high angle and extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle and extraction group of average-angle,non-extraction group of high angle and non-extraction group of average-angle,extraction group of average-angle and extraction group of high angle difference becomes small,had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparison of the ratio of changes among the groups.Sto-Me/Sn-Sto between non-extraction group of high angle and extraction group of high angle,non-extraction group of average-angle and extraction group of average-angle,non-extraction group of high angle and non-extraction group of average-angle,no statistical difference(P>0.05).Extraction group of average-angle and extraction group of high angle,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Young women after orthodontic treatment facial width,mandible width,nose width,mouth width were no change.2 Young women after orthodontic treatment lower facial height,mandible index become large. |
