Clinical Study Of Hua Zhuo Jieduo Yuchangliquid On The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To study the efficacy of HuaZhuo-JieDuo-YuChangLiquid co mbined with Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:The 60 patient eligible for severe rectocele,i n accordance with the random number table,were divided into treatment group and control group,each group included 40 cases.Two group in gender,age,course of disease,the severity of the disease,the symptoms and signs,had no significant differences.The treatment group received HuaZhuo-JieDuo-YuChangLiquid orally combi ned with Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets of oral treatment,the control grou p received the oral treatment of Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets,observe th e total effect of the two groups before and after treatment,the main symptom c olonoscopic mucosal change etc.Result: After treatment,the two groups of patients with clinicalcomprehensive curative effect were comparable.The total effectiveness of tr eatment group is 90%,the control group’s total effectiveness 83.3%,After stati stics analysis,P <0.05,statistical significance was found between total clinical comprehensive curative effect,the treatment group was better than the control group.Comparison within the same groups after treatment,by rank sum test,The d ifference all was statistically significant,both groups showed treatment is effe ctive,Comparison within the two groups after treatment,by rank sum test,The difference all was statistically significant,treatment group better than the cont rol group.After treatment,the two groups of patients with colonoscopy mucosa lesion s curative effect were comparable,after statistics analysis,P <0.05,the treat ment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Through the study,We can draw the conclusions,treatment group and control group for ulcerative colitis all have certain curative effect,From the comparison of symptoms and signs,colonoscopy mucosal,the treat ment group had better curative effect than the control group.It is a feasible me thod in clinical treatment.
