| Objective:The levels of serum ADMA,NO and CIMT,FMD were measured and compared between hypertension patients(HP),diabetes mellitus patients(DM),hypertensive with diabetes mellitus patients and healthy subjects,in addition,exploring the correlation between NO and ADMA,it can provide us reliable theoretical basis for assessing disease progression,treatments and disease prevention.Methods: The selected 120 subjects include 31 subjects in the HP group,32 subjects in the DM group,28 subjects in the HP with DM group,29 subjects in the healthy group.All the subjects perform ultrasonography of carotid artery and FMD.On the other side,blood samples were collected in the 120 subjects,for the detection of FPG,LDL,HDL,TG,TC,ADMA,NO,and then analyze the data.Results:1.⑴There were no statistical differences in age,sex,BMI,FPG,TC,LDL,HDL between the four groups(all P>0.05);⑵There are no statistical differences between the HP group and the HP with DM group at SBP and DBP(P>0.05),but when the two groups compare with the health group and the DM group,there are some statistical differences at SBP and DBP(P<0.05);⑶There are no statistical differences between the DM group and the HP with DM group at FPG(P>0.05),but when the two groups compare with the health group and the HP group,there are some statistical differences at FPG(P<0.05).2.⑴The ADMA and CIMT lever of the HP group is higher than the healthy group P<0.05,the NO and FMD lever of the HP group is lower than the healthy group P<0.05.⑵The ADMA and CIMT lever of the DM group is higher than the healthy group,P<0.05,the NO and FMD lever of the DM group is lower than the healthy group,P<0.05.⑶The ADMA and CIMT lever of the HP with DM group is higher than the healthy group,P<0.05,the NO and FMD lever of the HP with DM group is lower than the healthy group,P<0.05.⑷The ADMA and CIMT lever of the HP with DM group is higher than the HP group,P<0.05,the NO and FMD lever of the HP with DM group is lower than the HP group,P<0.05.3.The lever of serum ADMA is negatively correlated to serum NO(P<0.001);The lever of serum NO and FMD are negatively correlated to the lever of SBP,DBP,FPG,the lever of serum ADMA,CIMT are Positively correlated to the lever of SBP,DBP,FPG.Conclusions:1.The HP patients and the DM patients exist with vascular endothelial dysfunction,Otherwise,the endothelial dysfunction of the HP and DM patients is more serous than the HP patients.2.There are negative correlations between the serum NO and ADMA,suggesting that ADMA is an risk factor of Vascular endothelium.3.Early detection of NO,ADMA,FMD,CIMT level can assess the functional status of vascular endothelium,then provide theoretical basis for making interventions for vascular endothelial injury. |
