Objective: to study the carotid intima-middle thickness(CIMT),vascular endothelial function(FMD)and plasma homocysteine(Hcy)levels in the QingHai Tibetan and Han H hypertension, discussing the differences and correlations between them by comparing the CIMT,FMD and Hcy levels in patients, using statistical methods to compare whether has the difference or correlation between corresponding indicators. Methods: collecting the Han nationality hypertension patients a total of 85 people,Tibetan hypertensive patients a total of 46 people. All the patients are adopted in 2010 the China hypertension prevention guide "diagnostic criteria of hypertension.By using color doppler ultrasonic measuring CIMT and repeating 3 times, then the average of the measurement by three times as final record values.Using flow mediated vasodilatation function, high resolution ultrasound detecting vascular endothelial function, the method of detection of FMD.Determination of plasma Hcy levels adopt the method of cyclic enzyme(tests)by the same person.Results:(1)Age,medical history,BPM,DPM,TC,TG,LDL and HDL were no statistical difference(P < 0.05)in the collection of groups of cases.(2)Different type of the han patients in CIMT,FMD and plasma Hcy were statistically significant(P < 0.05),the average of CIMT and plasma Hcy han H group is higher than the non-H hypertension group, the former FMD average lower than the latter;Different types of Tibetan hypertension in FMD and plasma Hcy are statistically significant, average of plasma Hcy levels of H higher than the non-H hypertension group, the former FMD average average is lower than the latter;Tibetan and the han nationality not H hypertension group,FMD is statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the former average is lower than the latter; The Tibetan, the han nationality H hypertension group, the plasma Hcy was statistically difference(P < 0.05),the average is higher than the latter.(3)The Han non-h-type hypertension CIMT?FMD?Hcy has no relatetion with possible related factors(P > 0.05);(4)The Tibetan and the Han nationality H hypertension CIMT was positively correlated with age, plasma Hcy(P < 0.05);and negatively correlated with FMD(P < 0.05);History has no related(P > 0.05);FMD and negatively correlated with plasma Hcy,CIMT(P < 0.05),and no correlation with the medical history(P > 0.05),while the Han H hypertension FMD and negatively correlated with age(P < 0.05);Plasma Hcy and negatively correlated with FMD(P < 0.05),and CIMT were positively correlated(P < 0.05),and no correlation with age(P > 0.05);(5)The Tibetan non-H-type hypertension patients' CIMT was positively related with medical history,FMD and negatively correlated with plasma Hcy(P < 0.05),and other indicators are no relevant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)the high Hcy levels,is a region of QingHai Tibetan and Han H hypertension risk factors;(2)the region of QingHai Tibetan and Han H CIMT,FMD between patients has not seen obvious difference, but the levels of Hcy has difference;(3)There is a correlation between plasma Hcy and FMD and CIMT in patients with high blood pressure, and in FMD.
