Objective:By observing the changes of vascular endothelial hyperreactive index?RHI?,homocysteine?Hcy?,cystatinC?CysC?and carotid intima-media thickness?IMT?in patients with unstable angina pectoris?UAP?and control group changes in these four indicators,to explore the correlation between RHI and Hcy,CysC and IMT in UAP patients. Methods:Collected in March 2017 to October 2018 in our hospital treatment of 45 to 75 year old SAP patients?SAP group?150 cases?UAP patients?UAP group?180 cases?Including 58 cases of RHI>1.67 patients and 122 cases of RHI?1.67 patients??control group 150 cases?negative coronary angiography?.Hcy level was measured by enzymatic cycling methods,CysC level was measured by immunoturbidimetry,RHI was measured by Peripheral arterial tonometry?PAT?,IMT was measured by Color Doppler.Statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the correlation between four indexes of RHI,Hcy,CysC and IMT.Results:UAP group's RHI<SAP group's RHI<control group's RHI?P<0.05?;UAP group's Hcy>SAP group's Hcy?P<0.05?;UAP group's Hcy>control group's Hcy?P<0.05?;There was no significant difference between SAP group's Hcy and control group's Hcy?P>0.05?.UAP group's CysC?IMT>SAP group's CysC?IMT>control group's CysC?IMT?P<0.05?;In UAP group,RHI disorders group's Hcy?CysC?IMT>RHI normal group's Hcy?CysC?IMT?P<0.05?;In UAP group,RHI and Hcy?CysC?IMT index was significantly negatively correlated?r=-0.535,P<0.05;r=-0.529,P<0.05;r=-0.364,P<0.05?;In UAP group,RHI was independently association with Hcy?X1??CysC?X2??IMT?X3?,the regression equation was Y=2.472-0.021 X1-0.408 X2-0.225 X3.Conclusion:Hcy?RHI?CysC?and IMT were all related to the stability of coronary atherosclerotic plaques in UAP.Hcy?CysC and IMT in UAP were negatively correlated with RHI value of vascular endothelial function.Hcy?CysC and IMT is the independent risk factor of ED in UAP.The combined detection of Hcy,RHI,CysC and IMT can prejudge the high-risk group of CHD for early intervention treatment, alleviating the condition of UAP and reducing the incidence of malignant cardiovascular events, improve the patient's survival rate and quality of life.
