Clincal Curative Effect Observation Of Recombinant Human Thrombopoietin In Therapy Of Thrombocytopenia Aroused By Chemotherapy Of Acute Leukemia

Objective To discuss the clinical effficacy of recombinant human thrombopoietin(rh TPO)in the therapy of thrombocytopenia aroused by chemotherapy of acute leukemia.Methods We choosed one hundred and twenty five patients of acute lukemia who suffer from thrombocytopenia after chemthery and made retrospective study.There were sixty-five male patients and sixty female patiengts in this study.There were eighty-seven patients of acute myelogenous leukemia(AML)and thirty-seven patients of acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL)according to the stype of disease.There was one patient of minimally differentiated AML(M0)ten patiengs of AML without maturation(M1),20 patients of AML with maturation(M2),ten patients of acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL),twenty-three patients of acute myelomonocytic leukemia(AMMo L),twenty-two patients of acute monocytic leukemia(AMo L),one patient of erythroleukemia(EL).The patients accepted chemotherapy in the hospital.The chemotherapeutic drugs taken anthracycline drugs and anthraquinone drugs as the principal thing.And the chemotherapy of the IDA,DA,TA,MA,VP were primary.The patients got into the stage of bone marrow inhibition after chemotherapy.Then they would suffer from thrombocytompenia because of the hypoplastic megakaryocytic series.They were separated into the induction therapy group,consolidation therapy group and intensive treament group.Then they were falled into experimental group and the control group randomly.When the PLT was lower than 30 ×109/ L,the experimental group accepted rh TPO therapy and the control group accepted recombinant human interleukin-11(rh IL-11)therapy.The time of the test was 7-14 days.We should stop the test when the time reached 14 days or the PLT was above 5 0 ×109/ L.When they appeared bleeding tendency,we would give them hemostatic drugs.We would give them blood transfusion in a case of emergency.We need to record the time of PLT being lower than 5 0 ×109/L,above7 0 ×109/ L and 100 ×109/ L.We observed the number of blood transfusion and clinic curative effect of the three groups.Then we applied SPSS 19.0 to the test and draw a conclusion.Results After treatment,the time of duration of platelets<50×109/L and the time of platelets restoring to 70×109/L and 100×109/L in the experimenta group were dramaticlly brieferr than those in the control group(P<0.05).The times of blood transfusion in the the experimenta group was fewer than those in the control group.(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of side effects in the experimenta group was lower than those in the control group.Conclusion In the therapy of thrombocytopenia aroused by chemotherapy of AL,rhTPO reveals signally effects and few side effects.
