With the social process accelerating,the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious,leading to the elderly hip fracture(HF)also showed a rising trend,and the morbidity of postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is also getting higher and higher.POCD mainly refers to the patients,who did not have significant mental disorders in the preoperative,but have some cognitive dysfunction,such as memory,perception,consciousness,movement,behavior,orientation in the postoperative.The disorder mainly occurs within 2 weeks to 2 months after operation,and the manifestations include visual memory,language memory,attention,language understanding,visual spatial abstraction and concentration of the ability to decline,and reduce the quality of life of patients,even life serious threat.Therefore,this study focused on the research progress of POCD in elderly patients with HF in recent years,which may provide some reference for the relevant personnels.
