Gemcitabine Combined With Oxaliplapin Into Clinical Curative Effect Of Advanced Gallbladder Carcinoma

Purpose : To investigate the efficacy of the local embolism chemotherapy for unresectable gallbladder cancer.Methods: Choose from 2012 March to 2017 march of 30 patients with unresectable gallbladder cancer as research object.According to the different methods of treatment,were divided into control group and experimental group and control group of 13 cases with gemcitabine plus oxaliplatin into systemic neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens vein,the experimental group of 17 cases of all adopt local embolism chemotherapy via hepatic artery intubation.Observe two groups of patients with a recent efficient,benefit rate,Before and after the treatment of tumor diameter change and the difference of adverse reactions.Result: The recent curative effect is superior to the interventional embolism chemotherapy group.The neoadjuvant chemotherapy group(P=0.005<0.005),Efficient than neoadjuvant chemotherapy group(P=0.002<0.05),But the interventional embolism chemotherapy group and neoadjuvant chemotherapy group benefit rate of no significant difference(P=0.061>0.05).Two groups of Tumor diameter were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).And interventional embolization chemotherapy group tumor diameter(1.8�0.3)cm] less than neoadjuvant chemotherapy group [cm(3.5�0.7)](P = 0.001< 0.05).Two groups of heating rate,The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction was difference(P>0.05),But the interventional embolism chemotherapy group,the incidence of abdominal pain(83.4%)than neoadjuvant chemotherapy group(38.5%).Bone marrow inhibition rate(29.4%),below the new auxiliary Help the chemotherapy group(76.9%),The two groups the incidence of abdominal pain,bone marrow suppression rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Interventional embolism chemotherapy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gallbladder has good curative effect,But minuscule compared neoadjuvant chemotherapy,interventional embolization chemotherapy in the near future curative effect is better,safety is feasible and worthy of clinical widely.
