Objective:To observe the effect of ticagrelor on the serum Hs-CRP level and short-term prognosis in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:From February 2016 to October,100 patients with UAP were selected from Cardiovascular disease hospitals in Shanxi Province to be treated with PCI.All patients were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases). On the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was given ticagrelor and the control group was given clopidogrel. All patients were measured Serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,at the time of admission, and 24 h after PCI,7d after PCI.Follow-up records of cardiovascular events and adverse drug reactions within six months after discharge.Results:1.There was no significant difference in serum Hs-CRP between the two groups.2.The serum levels of Hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly higher than those on admission, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.52,P < 0.05).7d after PCI,The serum concentration of Hs-CRP in the two groups was significantly lower than that at 24 h after PCI(t = 8.60,8.52,p <0.05).3.The serum concentrations of Hs-CRP in theobservation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 24 h and 7days after PCI(t = 2.03,6.15,p <0.05).4.There were no significant differences in the incidence of cardiovascular events and adverse drug reactions between the two groups within six months after discharge. Conclusion:Compared with clopidogrel, ticagrelor can more effectively reduce the serum Hs-CRP concentration in UAP patients receiving PCI,and does not increase the incidence of cardiovascular events and adverse drug reactions in patients with short term.
