Objective:On the recent incidence of infection and acute cerebral infarction were discussed.Methods:We can make a retrospective analysis between acute cerebral infarction group and matched group.Making 109 cases of acute cerebral infarction(acute cerebral infarction group)in Shanxi Medical University Hospital Affiliated First People’s Hospital,and the same period in 60 cases of non cerebral infarction group(matched group)is for analyzing.Two groups of patients with the recent infection rate,the infection site of the relevant control study.And the infection for acute cerebral infarction of different subtypes of cerebral infarction were analyzed Results:1.The recent infection rate of acute cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than the control group(21.10%vs.8.93%,p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the 2 groups.2.The recent infection of acute cerebral infarction group was mainly respiratory infection(43.47%)and gastrointestinal infection(30.43%)3.This study shows that the type of infarction.Recent infection in patients with cerebral infarction in large artery atherosclerosis is the main subtypes Conclusion:The incidence of recent infection and acute cerebral infarction has significant clinical correlations,recent infection is one of the risk factors of acute cerebral infarction...
