Infection Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Vaginitis In Female Workers In A Coal Mine From 2011 To 2014

Objective:To analyze the infection characteristics of vaginitis in married female workers and to explore the influencing factors of vaginitis,and to provide scientific basis for making early prevention measures and improving the health level of female workers.Methods:In this study,1711 people were selected from the married women workers who received health examination from Jincheng Coal Mine in Jincheng Coal Mine from 2011 to 2014,and 1564 valid questionnaires were received.After the rapid Gram stain of the vaginal secretions of the married female workers in the coal mine,the pathogenic microorganisms were found under the photoelectric microsampler,and the infection characteristics were analyzed.According to the prevalence of vaginitis,the subjects were divided into case group and control group,and the related factors of vaginitis were analyzed.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of univariate analysis by using chi-square test.The relationship between influencing factors and disease was measured by calculating OR and confidence interval(95% CI)Degree of association.Selected P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.In the investigation of 1564 coal workers married female workers,the number of vaginitis patients was 572,accounting for 36.57%.The prevalence of vaginitis in 2011 and 2014 was 27.18%,29.10%,32.78% and 52.25%,respectively.2.The number of mixed vaginitis infections was the highest in 2011 and 2014,compared with 42.04%,37.86%,42.33% and 41.80%,respectively.Trichomonas vaginal infections the least number.The composition of vulvovaginal candidiasis decreased by 18.18%,27.18%,16.79% and 15.98% respectively.The clinical manifestations of vaginitis in 39.69% of patients with secretions odor,24.30% of patients with vaginal burning sensation,17.83% of patients with genital itching,leucorrhea in patients with 18.18%,can be seen secretions odor,vaginal burning Pain,genital itching for the common clinical symptoms of vaginitis.3.The prevalence of population in the 31 ~ 40 age group was the highest(42.18%),the population of people who had been born,the coal washing population,the junior middle school and below,and the average monthly income of the family was higher.4.Influencing factors analysis showed that: low age,post for coal washing operations,low level of education,living environment for the collective dormitory,sexual behavior before the vulva is not cleaning the risk factors for vaginitis,each with a condom,the use of gynecological lotion ?3 times a week is the protection of vaginitis factors.Conclusion:1.The prevalence of vaginitis in married women was 36.57%,and the trend was increasing year by year in 2011-2014.2.The largest number of mixed vaginal infections,trichomonas vaginitis,the lowest number of infections.Vaginal secretions odor,vaginal burning sensation,genital itching for the main clinical symptoms of vaginitis.3.31 to 40 years old the highest prevalence of people,coal washing operations than other people in the high prevalence of the situation,with the increase in the level of education,the prevalence of vaginitis decreased,the living population of the population than the dormitory population Low rate.4.Each time with a condom,the use of gynecological lotion ?3 times a week is the protection of vaginitis factors.and the age,post coal washing operations,low level of education,living environment for the collective dormitory,sexual behavior does not clean the vulva for vaginitis Risk factors.It is recommended that the relevant health departments as much as possible to promote and instill the correct method of prevention and treatment of vaginitis,making the majority of female workers in advance to prevent and reduce the prevalence of vaginitis.
