Objective:To understand the lung function of coal workers exposed to dust and explore the influencing factors, provide evidence for prevention of pneumoconiosis and conducting the enterprise to the health of workers. Methods:Health examination, pulmonary function parameters, blood and ECG measurement were conducted on 349 dust—exposed worker including mining engineers, tunneling workers and underground ancillary workers. Than analysed the relationship of lung injury and the influencing factors. Results:The rate of lung abnormalities was 4.6%, The incidence of FVC normal was 51.00%,and besides two were 32.38%and 26.65%, the statistical data showed that the pulmonary function of this team of workers declined to the normal. the relationship of lung function injury with the jobs among the group of coal mining, the group of coal driving and the group of auxiliary jobs was showed that the determinant standard of abnormal PF was forced vital capacity (FVC), forced vital capacity of the first second (FEV1)
