Objective:To discuss the expression level and clinical application value of tumor abnormal protein(TAP)in the patients of brain glioma to provide more information for the evaluation of surgical effect of the brain glioma.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,after informed consent of patients and approved by the hospital medical ethics committee,we chose the inpatients of brain glioma and healthy physical examinees in our hospital from October 2015 to December2016 as subjects in the present study.The subjects were divided into brain glioma group(55cases)and healthy physical examination group(120 cases).And the brain glioma group was divided into grade ?~? glioma group(19 cases)and grade ?~? glioma group(36 cases).We detected the expression level of TAP in each group.In the brain glioma group,TAP detection was performed again within 1~2 weeks after surgery.We calculated the positive and critical expression rate of TAP and observed the variability in the expression level of TAP after surgery in the brain glioma group to analyse the relationship between TAP expression and the occurrence of brain glioma.Results:The positive and critical expression rate of TAP in brain glioma group was 58.18%.It was higher than 4.17% in healthy physical examination group.There was a significant difference between the 2 groups on the positive and critical expression rate of TAP(?2=66.00,P<0.05).The positive and critical expression rate of TAP in grade ?~?glioma group was 63.16%.It was higher than 55.56% in grade ?~? glioma group.There was no significant difference between the 2 groups on the positive and critical expression rate of TAP(?2=0.30,P>0.05)?After surgery,the negative rate of TAP in brain glioma group was 71.88%.And the negative rates of TAP in grade ?~? glioma group and grade ?~? glioma group were 75.00% and 70.00%,respectively.Conclusion:The positive and critical expression rate of TAP in brain glioma patients is higher than that in the healthy subjects.It shows an association between the expression of TAP and the occurrence of brain glioma.But there is no sufficient evidence for TAP to diagnose brain glioma.There is no straightforward correlation between the expression of TAP and the degree of malignancy in brain glioma.After surgery,the negative rate of TAP in brain glioma is high.Before surgery,when the test result of TAP is positive or critical expression,TAP can provide more information for the surgical effect of brain glioma and can be used as an adjuvant measurement for evaluating the surgical effect in brain glioma.And then TAP can provide a useful reference for the further treatment of brain glioma.
