China's a big country in automobile production,with a large workforce and complex manufacturing,there are many hazard elements causing occupation-related diseases in the field,making it an industry with prevalent occupation-related diseases,for the sustainable development of automotive industry in China,promotion of the identification and of and measures controlling hazard elements causing occupation-related diseases are imperative.The paper takes a certain automotive producing enterprise as the subject of research,through the most frequently used health methods in career and field survey and inspection method as well as analysis of the layout,procedures integrated with other industrial and engineering methods,carry out investigation and evaluation on the current condition of the occupation-related health in the whole producing process of the enterprise.The author grasps the career health managment of the enterprise,the preventive measures of health at work,distribution of personal preventive tools and usage,first-aid measures and the hazard elements endangering health at work existing in the production craft process,and test the factors endangering the occupational health according to relevant national testing standards,identify possible occupational hazards,analyze key control points,so as to find out the processing points that exceed standards and analyze the reasons,put forward reasonable and feasible preventive strategies,so as to achieve the goal of controlling the occupational health danger from origin,and protecting the health of the laborers.The result shows: the overall layout of this automotive producing enterprise,equipment and path layout,as well as the producing craft and procedures are quite reasonable;hazard elements endangering occupational health mainly include dust,carbon oxide,noise,benzene series products,formaldehyde,magnese and other chemicals.The noise of part of the workshops have exceeded standards,while the thickness(or strength)of other hazard elements conforms to the relevant occupational health standards;the management,preventive measures of occupation health and control of the hazard are all in place,but high attention still needs to be paid to the issue of occupational health in the automotive productive industry,reasonable and effective measures need to be adopted in order to prevent occupation-related diseases,so as to reduce the occurrence of health accidents at work.
