Magnesium and magnesium alloys have excellent mechanical properties,stability,bi ocompatibility and impact resistance,far beyond the other materials.These properties m ake magnesium alloys in many areas of application,such as the transport sector,electro nics industry,medical field,aviation field,this trend only increase unabated.Especially i n the clinical medical equipment,implantation and other fields of application potential,good prospects,has become the future development of new materials,one of the directi on.The magnesium and its alloys due to their wear resistance is poor,is now facing t he problem is when implanted in the body,how to make magnesium and its alloy corr osion rate and bone healing rate to adapt.Micro-arc oxidation technology is to improve the past surface modification of the complex process based on the shortcomings of [1,2],the material corrosion resistance and biocompatibility can be improved by a new techn ology,so that pure magnesium has more Good microhardness [3],is a long-term benefit of human medical and other areas of advanced technology.In the process of micro-arc oxidation,ultrasonic-micro-arc oxidation(UMAO)is introduced.This new technique is more uniform with the traditional micro-arc oxidation ratio and the ceramic layer The c ombination of more solid.Silica surface treatment of pure magnesium ultrasonic micro-a rc oxidation of the sample,because the silane molecules can be organic and inorganic t wo different nature of the material lap,the coating surface to produce a transition layer,to achieve the biological activity to adapt.Through the covalent bond method to conne ct the biomolecules to the surface of the material,to further improve the metal magnesi um and its surface biofilm corrosion resistance and wear resistance.Metal stainless steel has good heat resistance,and good mechanical properties and ductility,has been widel y used in medical equipment and other fields,but the surface of stainless steel products easy to breed bacteria,threatening people's health,so the preparation of antibacterial fu nction of medical plants Into the metal has a broad use of prospects.In recent years,t he study showed that Eucommia had many pharmacological activities,and the chlorogen ic acid extracted from Eucommia ulmoides leaves had the effect of anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and protecting the cardiovascular system.The addition of chlorogenic acid was of great significance to the study.Objective: It is desirable to improve the antibacterial property and cell biocompatib ility of the composite coating by the combination of NaOH-silane coupling Eucommia e xtract chlorogenic acid on pure magnesium ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation.Methods: The experiment was divided into four groups: group A: pure magnesium ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation-silane composite treatment of the specimen,B group: pure magnesium ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation-silane-0.00125g/mL chlorogenic acid c omposite treatment after the test group C: pure magnesium ultrasonic micro-arc oxidatio n-silane-0.0025g/mL chlorogenic acid composite treatment of the specimen,Group D: pure magnesium ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation-silane-0.00375g/mL chlorogenic acid c ompound treatment of the specimen.Results: Pure magnesium ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation-NaOH-silane couplin g different content of Eucommia extract chlorogenic acid,the main elements C,N chan ges,the droplet method to detect the wetting angle decreases,the antibacterial rate of 88.7%-99.6%,cell adhesion,proliferation ability and ALP alkaline phosphatase activity were group C> D group> B group> A group,indicating that the content of chlorogenic acid was different,affecting the coating antibacterial and biological activity.Conclusion: The results showed that the micro-arc oxidation was improved by Na OH-silane-0.0025g/mL,and the antimicrobial activity and biocompatibility of the sample s were improved by ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation NaOH-silane-Eucommia ulmoides ext ract.Eucommia ulmoides extract was treated with chlorogenic acid,and the biocompatib ility was the best and the antibacterial rate was better.
