Research Of Biocompatibility Of Pure Magnesium Ultrasonic Micro-arc Oxidation-OH-HF Compounded Treatment

Objective:To study of biocompatibility of pure magnesium micro-arc oxidation-Na OH-HF composite treatment,evaluating biocompatibility of pure magnesium micro-arc oxi dation after different composite treatment.Methods:The experiment was divided into three groups,the pure magnesium microarc oxidation-OH-HF composite treatment group(group A),the pure magnesium micro-ar c oxidation-OH composite treatment group(group B),the pure magnesium micro-arc oxid ation is used as the control group(group C).MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts will be inoculated in materal surface of three groups,by laser confocal scanning microscope、CCK-8、ALP t o test respectively growth 、adhesion、proliferation and activity of osteoblasts.Result:With the increase of culture time, the statistical results showed that the adh esion of a cell was significantly higher than that of B and C(P < 0.05).the laser conf ocal scanning microscope display group A and group B surgace cell growth and adhesio n are superior the group C,group A is better than that of group B.The results of CCK-8detection show that the proliferation of material suface of three groups are group A>gr oup B>group C,the comparative differences of three groups are statistically significant.A LP detection show that the proliferation of and material surface of three groups are grou p A > group B > group C, the comparative differences of three groups are statistically significant.Conclusion:The pure magnesium micro-arc oxidation-OH composite treatment and pure magnesium micro-arc oxidation-OH-HF composite treatment has all good biocompat ibility, and the biocompatibility of OH-HF composite treatment is the best.
