Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stroke-associated Pneumonia With Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction And Gancao Ganjiang Decoction

Objective:Stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP)is a relatively common complication of stroke patients,often leading to reduced quality of life and poor prognosis.This study is mainly from the regulation of lung and spleen function and prevention and treatment of SAP has a close relationship in this regard,according to the principle of peitushengjin method,the u`se of Huangqi jianzhong decoction with Gancao ganjiang decoction,observe its lung deficiency qi deficiency patients with SAP clinical Treatment effect,so as to provide a certain basis for the treatment of this type of disease.Method:60 cases of stroke-related pneumonia were selected,all dialectical for the lung and spleen deficiency type,and then randomly divided into observation and control group.The control group to the standardized treatment,the observation group on this basis and then take Huangqi jianzhong decoction with Gancao ganjiang decoction of the prescription,treatment are1 week.C reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil ratio(N%),temperature(T)thermal peak were measured in each group.The clinical efficacy,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS),symptom score,Immune function and so on.Results :1.There were significant differences in C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio between the two groups before and after treatment(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).2.There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05)in the CPIS group before and after treatment,and there was significant difference between the observer and the control group.In the group of CPIS,the observation group was significantly better than the control group.3.In the T peak,the T peak of the observation group and the control group decreased gradually,and the descending trend of the observation group was more obvious.4.In the immune function,the two groups of patients with TLC,Ig M,Ig G,Ig A before and after treatment were significantly different,and the two groups after treatment between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Clinical symptoms and signs to improve the two groups of patients before and after treatment of symptoms and signs points were statistically significant differences(P <0.05),and the observation group in improving symptoms and signs is more obvious.6.In the judgment of stroke-related pneumonia,the total effective rate was 86.7% in the observation group and 76.7%in the control group,which was statistically significant(P <0.05).7.No adverse reactions were found in both groups during the course of treatment.Conclusions:According to the principle of peitushengjin method,the use of Huangqi jianzhong decoction with Gancao ganjiang decoction combined with Western medicine comprehensive treat the stroke associated pneumonia patients of lung and spleen deficiency compared with the use of Western medicine alone,in improving the total efficiency has certain advantages,And in improving its clinical symptoms have certain advantages,may be related to its immune function has been improved.In the clinical application,according to the principle of peitushengjin method,the use of Huangqi jianzhong decoction with Gancao ganjiang decoction of the higher safety.
