| Objective: To study the effectiveness and feasibility of treating chronic atrophic gastritis of "spleen and stomach weakness" with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.Methods:A total of 70 patients with weakness of the spleen and stomach and chronic atrophic gastritis in the western medicine were collected from October 2017 to October 2019 in the expert clinic(Chief Physician Li Zhigang)of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and randomly divided into treatment groups(Astragalus membranaceus).Jianzhong decoction plus or minus + folic acid tablet 5mg)and control group(folic acid tablet 5mg).Symptom scores,efficacy under gastroscopy and pathological evaluation of gastric mucosa were compared between the two groups.Results: 1)Significant differences were found in the distribution of major symptoms and secondary symptoms such as postprandial depression,fatigue,shortness of breath,and lazy speech after treatment in both groups((P<0.001);2)atrophy,intestinal symptoms,The pathological scores of chronic inflammation were significantly different(P<0.001);3)After 6 months of treatment,the performance and pathological scores of both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05);4)the efficacy and TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients after treatment The difference in the effect of microscopy was significantly improved(P<0.05);5)The difference in pathological tissue improvement was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);6)The safety indicators of the two groups did not change before and after treatment,and the treatment process was safe No accidents.Conclusion: Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with weak spleen and stomach can relieve their discomfort by taking Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,and reduce the irritation of gastric mucosa by inflammatory response,repair part of the gastric mucosa with atrophy and intestinal metaplasia.The pathological changes can be relieved,improved or fully recovered. |
