Objectives To investigate the early vision and refractive changes of high myopia cataract eyes after phacoemulsification with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation which reserved-3D.Methods There were 27 patients(31 eyes)in this prospective clinical data. All of them were performed phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation between October 2016 and January 2017 in Tianjin Eye Hospital. The follow up time was one month.Uncorrected Visual Acuity,Best Corrected Visual Acuity,Best Reading Near Visual Acuity,Axial Length,Average Corneal Curvature,Corneal Astigmatism,Anterior Chamber Depth and Spherical Equivalent,Spherical Diopter,Cylindrical Diopter were measured and compared before and after surgery. Results 1.Basic situation of postoperative: There were no relative complication occurred such as IOL decentration/ dislocation, glaucoma, posterior capsular opacification(PCO),corneal decomposition and retinal detachment after surgery.2.UCVA:The UCVA of postoperative 1 day was better than preoperative significantly(Z=-4.379,P < 0.01),the UCVA kept stable with no statistically significantly difference among the three different postoperative periods(Z1=-0.458,P1>0.05;Z2=-0.142,P2>0.05;Z3=-0.975,P3>0.05).3.BCVA:The BCVA of postoperative 1 month was significantly better than preoperative respectively(Z=-3.829,P<0.01),the BSCVA kept stable with no statistically significantly difference between 1 week and 1 month postoperative(Z=-0.53,P>0.05).4.BRNVA:The BRNVA of postoperative 1 week and 1 month was significantly better than postoperative 1 day(Z1=-2.670,Pl<0.01;Z2=-2.694,P2<0.01).There was no statistically significantly between 1 week and 1 month postoperative(Z=-1.558,P>0.05).5.AL:The AL of postoperative 1 day was no statistically significantly comparingwith preoperative(t=-0.352,P>0.05).The AL kept stable with no statistically significantly difference among the three different postoperative periods(t1=-1.196,P1>0.05;t2=-0.212,P2>0.05;t3=0.645,P3>0.05).6.K value:The K value of postoperative 1 day was no statistically significantly comparing with preoperative(t=2.19,P>0.05),The K value kept stable with no statistically significantly difference among the three different postoperative periods(t1=0.88,P1>0.05;t2=0.995,P2>0.05;t3=0.484,P3>0.05).7.CA : The CA of postoperative 1 day was no statistically significantly comparing with preoperative(Z=-0.889,P>0.05),the CA kept stable with no statistically significantly among the three different postoperative periods(Z1=-0.7,P1>0.05;Z2=-1.156,P2>0.05;Z3=-0.065,P3>0.05).8.ACD:The ACD kept stable with no statistically significantly difference among the three different postoperative periods(t1=0.143,P1>0.05;t2=1.329,P2>0.05;t3=1.651,P3>0.05)。 9.SE:The SE kept stable with no statistically significantly difference among the three different postoperative periods(t1=1.582,P1>0.05;t2=1.503,P2>0.05;t3=0,P3>0.05).10.Spherical Diopter:The spherical diopter kept stable with no statistically significantly difference among the three different postoperative periods(t1=0.526,P1>0.05;t2=0.157,P2>0.05;t3=-0.629,P3>0.05).Conclusions 1.The early refractive status of the high myopia cataract patients which reserved-3 D tends to be stable after cataract surgery.2.The early UCVA kept stable after cataract surgery.3.The BRNVA improves gradually after cataract surgery.
