Objective: Schizophrenia is a progressive deterioration of chronic mental illness,has the characteristics of the high morbidity,high mortality and high relapse.Current treatment is given priority with antipsychotic drug treatment,poor medication adherence in schizophrenic patients in China,which leads to the relapse of the illness frequently,burden and quality of life seriously damage.Near years,use psychological therapy to improve medication compliance of schizophrenia what obtain the attention,Naikan therapy and Cognitive therapy have achieved a certain effect.This paper discusses the intervention study of DNCT(Discontiguous Naikan Cognitive Therapy)in patients with the medication compliance of plateau schizophrenia,to evaluate its clinical efficacy,to improve the stability of medication compliance in patients with schizophrenia treatment explore a workable,duration and Minor side reaction way.Methods: From January to April 2016 in ankang hospital of tianjin,60 stable schizophrenia who meet the standard were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each group 30 people,grouping method for random number method;The study group treated with Discontinuous Naikan Cognitive Therapy for successive 8 weeks,3 hours a day on the basis of taking original drugs;the control group received Occupational and recreation therapy during the same time;two group before therapy,after therapy,and six months after treatment for once PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale),ITAQ(Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire),The Assessment of Perception in Clinical Psychiatry,Medication adherence scale,MARS(Medication Adherence Rating Scale).Results: 60 stable were successfully completed research into results.No significant difference in general and evaluation items was found in former two intervened groups.(1)After the treatments,the scores of PANSS total and the points items in research group were lower than before,the difference has significantly statistics meaning(P<0.01);the study group after half a year therapy comparison items except the composite scale scores were remarkable lower than before the therapy,there are significant difference(P<0.01);After the therapy and after half a year treatment the scores of PANSS total and the points items in study group were lower than that in control group.(2)After the treatments,the scores of The assessment of insight in clinical psychiatry in study group were higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After half a year treatments,the scores of The assessment of insight in clinical psychiatry in study group were higher than before,there are significant difference(P<0.01);After the treatments and half a year,the scores of The assessment of insight in clinical psychiatry in study group were higher than that in control group,within two groups the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After the treatments and after half a year treatments,the scores of ITAQ in study group were higher than before,there are significant difference(P<0.01);After the treatments and half a year,the scores of ITAQ in study group were higher than that in control group,within two groups the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After the treatments and half a year,the scores of MARS in study group were higher than before,the statistical difference was significant(P<0.01);After the treatments and after half a year treatments the scores of MARS in study group were higher than that in control group,the statistical difference were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05)(5)After the treatments,"Treatment" of Medication adherence scale in study group significantly increase 46%,in control group that increase 7%,there are significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: On the premise of drug treatment,(1)Naikan cognitive therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of schizophrenia patients in stable stage;(2)Naikan cognitive therapy can significantly improve the insight of schizophrenia patients in stable stage;(3)Naikan cognitive therapy can significantly improve the medication adherence of schizophrenia patients in stable stage;(4)After six months follow-up found that Naikan cognitive therapy can maintain good curative effect;Enlarge sample size.
