With the rapid development of electrical and information, the space electromagnetic environment in our life is becoming more and more complex,The research on the biological effects of electromagnetic fields is getting more and more attention, the Extremely Low Frequency Electromagnetic Field(ELF-MF)is one of the most important problems in the research. In this paper,we mainly discussed the effect of the ELF electromagnetic radiation on cell proliferation, and further studied on the mechanism of cell signal transduction on the molecular level.Main work is as follows:1.Successfully designed the experimental system of electromagnetic biological effect based on LabVIEW,the system control signal generator to send specific signals through the LabVIEW software platform, then the signal is amplified by power amplifier and export to the Helmholtz coil, forming a constant temperature, uniform, intensity in the 0~4mT sinusoidal MF irradiation area and can be adjusted, then it can be applied to the following experimental study on electromagnetic biological effect.carry out the electromagnetic biological effect experiment.2.HepG-2 was chosen as cells in vitro, exposured to a 50 Hz,0.1mT,1mT,2mT,3mT ELF MF,to detect the effects of continuous or intermittent exposure in the cell proliferation by MTT colorimetric method. The results are as follows: the experimental results are nonlinear, and the cells are selective for the power of the electromagnetic field, and the results show that the short time has some inhibition effect on cell proliferation in continuous exposure, and the effects of the intermittent exposure to cell growth and proliferation were more obvious than those of continuous exposure.3.The influence of the ELF-MF on the cell signal transduction system is studied. The content change of p-ERK in MAPK signal transduction pathway exposed by different electromagnetic fields patten was detected by Western Blotting,The results showed that the ERK pathway in the MAPK signal transduction network under low frequency, low intensity electromagnetic radiation. In different time period p-ERK protein activity showed different degree of change. And the experimental results shows dose—effect relationship.
