Research Of The Present Situation About Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Literacy Status In15 To 69 Years Old Residents In Gansu Province

Background The traditional Chinese medicine health care literacy is the embodiment of personal traditional Chinese medicine culture in the field of health,and has the similar meaning with health literacy of modern medicine.At present,there is no document to make a clear definition for traditional Chinese medicine health care literacy.In 2014,the Government released the traditional Chinese medicine health care literacy of Chinese citizens.first define cosumers ' health-care quality.The results of the survey prompt that the level of traditional Chinese medicine health care literacy in Chinese residents is 8.55%.The traditional Chinese medicine health care quality is an important part of health care literacy in our country citizen,playing an irreplaceable role in the maintenance of our citizens health level.According to the characteristics that simple,convenience,easy and cheap,Promoting the traditional Chinese medicine health care quality in our province is not only beneficial to improve the health level,but also to reduce medical costs,to reduce the pressure on health care,and more conducive to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Objective Mastering the level of health literacy in all citizens and each levels and various dimensions in different regions and different characteristics person in Gansu province in 2016,exploring the influence factors of the traditional Chinese medicine health care quality in Gansu province.In order to find the focus for improve the traditional Chinese medicine health care quality.Method Multi-stage stratified cluster method was used to monitoring 1931 resident population whose age from15 to 69 years old in eight Counties.Using "Chinese citizens' health care literacy of Chinese medicine questionnaire" that uniformly prepared by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine to field investigation.Outcome The respondents of this paper were priority to farmers whose overall level and cultural level were low.The results showed that residents traditional Chinese medicine health care literacy rate is only 6.5% in Gansu province.Education level is an independent factor influencing the health care literacy of Gansu residents.Conclusion First,the levels of traditional Chinese medicine health care literacy in Residents of Gansu province is low.Second,cultural level is the primary influencing factors for traditional Chinese medicine health care quality in Genus province residents.Third,the main objects for Gansu province traditional Chinese medicine health care quality promotion are rural residents,middle aged and elderly people and lower cultural degree and the low income groups.
