Analysis Of The Characteristics Of Anti-CCP,RF And TCM Syndrome Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:By detecting the serum level of antibody to cyclic citrullinated peptide(anti-CCP),rheumatoid factor(RF),one can study the correlation among with anti-CCP,RF and traditional chinese medicine(TCM)Syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).To explore the regularity and feature of TCM syndrome of RA.It can provide reference standards and research value for the objectification of TCM.It can also provide the foundation to improve the pertinence of TCM treatment,clinical efficacy and prognosis of RA.Methods:In this study,descriptive research methods to collect 300 cases had met the diagnostic criteria of RA patients from rheumatism of The Hospital Affiliated to Gansu College of TCM.It is to collect information about clinic data and laboratory examination data of 300 cases and based on “ standard of diagnose and treatment of TCM Symptomes”,to distinguish symptoms as well as analyzing the relationship between the TCM Symptomes of RA with Anti-CCP and RF.Results:In the syndrome distribution,the largest distribution is the damp heat blockage,it is 31.3%.The second one is cold dampness syndrome,it is 26.7%,a total of 58%.Age in the syndrome distribution has no difference(P>0.05).In each syndrome distribution,the course of disease has statistical significance(P<0.05).In the course of disease,wind damp blockage is shorter than other TCM syndrome.Deficiency symptoms of liver and kidney are the longest.ESR and CRP of inflammation markers in different syndrome types do not have significant difference(P>0.05).By means of comparison,we found that the maximum is heat damp blockage and cold dampness syndrome.In different syndrome types,we found that RF have no significant difference(P>0.05).By means of comparison,we found that the maximum is cold dampness syndrome,secondly is damp heat blockage.In different syndrome types,we found that Anti-CCP has significant difference(P<0.05).By means of comparison,we found that the maximum is damp heat blockage,secondly is cold dampness syndrome.Comparison the high titre positive of Anti-CCP of each syndrome type,we found that they have significant difference ?2=32.721(P<0.05).Multi-classified Logistic regression showed that when takingDeficiency symptoms of liver and kidney as reference,another TCM Symptomes of RA and Anti-CCP have relationship.Conclusions:In TCM Symptoms of RA,we found damp heat blockage has many people,weakness symptoms has short course of disease.The level standard of ESR,CRP,RF are elevation in disease activity.Anti-CCP not only reflect disease activity but also become basis for different TCM Symptoms.
