Objective:The animal model of rabbit VX2 bone metastases was established by experiment.The time of puncture biopsy was determined and the appropriate puncture time was determined.The effect of treatment,the leftgroup that is self-made improved puncture needle there was no tumor cell invasion in the soft tissue around the puncture channel,and the tumor cells were invaded around the puncture hole.Conclusion:Has successfully established a rabbit VX2 bone tumor model,this model can be a good application in various types of bone tumors in animal experiments,the use of self-made puncture device puncture surgery,reducing the puncture after the implementation of the complications the incidence of self-made puncture device can be effectively applied to tumor biopsy,is a new type of effective devices and techniques.The device is characterized by a combination of various parts of the device,through the puncture needle through the cortical bone,the use of the device outside the casing to block the cortical bone and bone marrow cells,while the medullary cavity and the outside channel,in our access the need for adequate tissue,through the casing will be the key device that is prevention of complications after puncture has been significantly improved.The device can be in the pathological examination is not clear before,to minimize the proliferation of tumor tissue,and can reduce the puncture site bleeding and other complications,reduce the risk of hematoma formation,for clinical work has great significance.
