Research On Main Mechanisms Of MIRI

Myocardial ischemia can cause serious damage to human health.Although there are avariety of methods to achieve myocardial reperfusio n,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)which can sharpen the original ischemia injury and even lead to irreversible injury has been a hot issue inrecent years.This process involves several mechanisms,include-ing calcium overload,increased formation of reactive oxgen species(RO S),inflammation,apoptose,autophagy,etc.In this paper,the review about pat hophysiological mechanisms of MIRI aims to provide references and tho ughts for the remission MIRI.
