Objective: Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis is the most clinical complications of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, which seriously affect the patient’s prognosis and quality of life. All of the studies that related clinical characteristics of purpura nephritis and the clinical related inflammatory indexes were study the whole disease. It may be lead problems to the individualized treatment of children with different pathological levels and different levels of proteinuria. To expound the clinical characteristics of purpura nephritis, and the correlation between urine protein quantitative and inflammatory indicators, this study were divided into four groups in different levels of proteinuria. Methods: In this study,it conducted a systematic review from october2014 to october 2016 that was hospitalized in the pediatric kidney and rheumatoid immune department of Hebei medical university second hospital(It was conformed to the Chinese medical association branch of pediatrics kidney disease committee in 2009 for the diagnosis and treatment of purpura nephritis evidence-based guidelines(trial)diagnostic criteria). At first, all of the patients were divided into four groups: 1.The isolated hematuria group;2.mild proteinuria groups: 24 h urine protein quantitative >150 mg,but < 25 mg/(kg·d);3.Moderate proteinuria group: 24 h urine protein quantitative 25 ~ 50 mg/(kg·d);4.Kidney disease levels of proteinuria groups:24 h urine protein quantitative or 50 mg/(kg·d).Secondly,we screened the clinical indicators.Clinical characteristics of indicators include: gender, age, weight, duration(diagnosis of allergic purpura to the purpura nephritis sick time),aspertate aminotransferase, cereal third transaminase, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and uric acid.General inflammationreaction indicators include: c-reactive protein, platelet count, white blood cells, and neutrophils count, blood sedimentation.Special infection indicators include: mycoplasma, streptococcus hemolysin 0.Then,adopt the statistical description to all of the data.Using SPSS 21.0software to compare the differences of the clinical and inflammatory indexes in the Four urine protein levels, and to study the correlation between clinical indicators,as well as inflammatory indexes and urinary protein quantitative. Thus,it could compare the differences between liver and kidney in different groups, and discuss the correlation between clinically relevant index of liver, kidney and urine protein quantitative. At the same time,it could compare the differences between infection status and special infection status, and discuss the relationship between different indicators and urine protein. Results: It concluded that in the clinical indicators creatinine and urea nitrogen had significant difference between the four different levels of urine protein, course, straw, cereal third transaminase and uric acid had no statistical difference. In the inflammatory indicators, white blood cell count, neutrophil count,platelet,c-reactive protein, chain o resistance, blood sedimentation all had significant difference, but the mycoplasma had no statistical difference. The urea nitrogen and creatinine in the Clinical indicators had a certain correlation with urinary protein quantitative;all of the inflammation indexes had certain correlation with urine protein quantitative. Conclusions: Purpura nephritis may be associated with infection in a certain extent and its severity influence the renal function closely. In addition, inflammation and urinary protein quantitative maybe have a certain relevance.
