Clinical Curative Effects And Safety Analysis On Dispersing Three Jiao-activating Blood-dredging Collateral Recipe In Treating Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

Objective: This study is a clinical research on patients treated with dispersing three jiao-activating blood-dredging collateral recipe.The clinical curative effects and safety of the recipe were observed in order to demonstrate the idiopathic membranous nephropathy pathogenesis of spleen and kidney yang-deficiency,dampness retention-blood stasis and three jiao dysfunction,so as to provide data support and scientific basis for the clinical application of the recipe.Methods: 62 patients conforming to the standard were randomly divided into 32 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group,using random number table method.The control group was treated by glucocorticoid joint with cyclophosphamide,meanwhile,conventional symptomatic treatment was given.The patients were ordered to rest,low salt,low fat,high protein diet,and treated with symptomatic treatment such as diuresis,lipid-lowering,hypotension and anticoagulation.The treatment group was extra treated with dispersing three jiao-activating blood-dredging collateral recipe on the basis of the above strategy.Observing and comparing the curative effect indexes of the two groups before treatment and treatment for 3 months,6 months.Results: A total of 59 patients were observed for 6 months,30 cases of treatment group and 29 cases of control group.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the 24 hours urinary total protein(P(29)0.05).After treatment for 3 months,the 24 hours urinary total protein both significantly decreased in the two groups(P(27)0.01),and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P(27)0.05).After the treatment for 6 months,the 24 hours urinary total protein both significantly decreased in the two groups(P(27)0.01),and the curative effect in treatment group was better than that in the control group(P(27)0.01).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the total proteins and albumin(P(29)0.05)before treatment.After the treatment for 3 months,the total proteins and albumin in both groups significantly increased(P(27)0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P(29)0.05).Comparing the two groups before treatment and treatment for 6 months,the total proteins and albumin both significantly increased(P(27)0.01),and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P(27)0.01).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(P(29)0.05).After the treatment for 3 months,the total cholesterol in treatment group significantly decreased(P(27)0.01),but there was no significant change in triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(P(29)0.05),while there was no significant change in the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the control group(P(29)0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P(29)0.05).After treatment for 6 months,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol significantly decreased(P(27)0.01),and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P(27)0.05,P(27)0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and uric acid(P(29)0.05),before and after treatment.During the treatment,there was no significant abnormality in vital signs,blood-urine-stool routine test,liver function,ECG and abdomen ultrasound,besides,no adverse events happened during the treatment process.The Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and western medicine comprehensive curative effects of treatment group were better than that in the control group(P(27)0.05,P(27)0.01).Conclusion: Dispersing three jiao-activating blood-dredging collateral recipe has good curative effects in treating IMN.It can significantly decrease urinary protein,increase plasma proteins and regulate lipoprotein,as well as improve renal function.The traditional chinese medicine and western medicine comprehensive curative effects were outstanding and reliable,and the longer the course of the treatment is,the better the curative effects are.
