Objective:Through examining the serum adiponectin, hypersensitive c-reactive protein content in patients with acute coronary syndrome and healthy people.Discuss the relationship between content and occurrence and development of ACS,to analyze it with the severity of coronary artery lesions and the risk of coronary ischemia,in order to discuss the importance of detecting the content of APN and hs-CRP in prediction of coronary lesions and the risk of coronary events, etc. Methods: This study selected 65 patients with ACS and 21 healthy controls in xining region.According to the diagnosis standard,we allocated the ACS group into 3categories: ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction,Non-ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction, and Unstable Angina Pectoris.Respectively,we used the method of Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)and Transmission turbidimetry to detect serum APN and hs-CRP.And according to the coronary angiography result to make Gensini score to Assess severity of coronary artery lesion. For all ACS patients admitted to hospital GRACE risk score,to predict in-hospital mortality and long-term prognosis.Analyzed the ACS patients and the control group of serum APN,hs-CRP levels.Analysis correlation of serum APN?hs CRP levels and the degree of coronary artery stenosis and coronary event risk,Discussed the significance of the content changes of serum APN and hs-CRP in acute coronary syndrome diagnosis and severity evaluation. Results: The ACS group and the control group was comparable in age, sex, smoking history and history of alcohol intake(P>0.05);The serum APN levels in STEMI group(280.26 ± 149.32)?g/ml ? NSTEMI group(612.40 ± 39.91)?g/ml ? UAP group(732.47±124.33)?g/ml are significantly lower than the control group(1020.90±205.75)?g/ml(P < 0.05),The serum APN levels in STEMI group is lower than NSTEMI group and UAP group(P<0.05);But the serum hs-CRP levels in STEMI group(14.30±5.15)mg/l?NSTEMI group(4.80±1.30)mg/l and UAP group(4.53±2.02)mg/l are higher than the control group(1.67±1.05)mg/l(P<0.05),the STEMI group is higher than NSTEMI group and UAP group(P<0.05).There has no statistical differences in the content of serum APN and hs-CRP in NSTEMI group and UAP group(P>0.05).The Gensini score and GRACE score in STEMI group and NSTEMI group is higher than UAP group(P<0.05).There was a negative linear correlation between the content of serum APN and the severity of coronary artery and the GRACE risk score(r1=-0.796 ? r2=-0.489,P<0.05);The content of hs-CRP was positively associated with the severity of coronary artery and the GRACE risk score(r3=0.737?r4=0.393,P<0.05).Conclusion: This study confirmed that the serum APN levels decreased in patients with acute coronary syndromes, while the hs-CRP levels increased; The content of serum APN was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery, and the content of hs-CRP was positively associated with the severity of coronary artery and the GRACE risk score;Combined detection of APN,hs-CRP levels can provide reference for the diagnosis and risk stratification of ACS,Is expected to become a new method for the diagnosis of ACS and prediction of coronary lesions.
