Objective: To explore the value of real-time elastography and contrast-enhance ultrasound(CEUS)in the diagnosis of benign or malignant nodules co-existed with Hashimoto sthyroiditis(HT).Methods: 43 HT patients with 53 thyroid nodules under-went elastography and contrast-enhance ultrasound(CEUS),analyzing datas. The pathological results were used as gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic value in differentiating malign and benign HT nodules of different methods.Result: 32 benign nodules and 21 malignant nodules with 53 thyroid nodules in 43 patients. The elasticity imaging score were most in the four points and the following, and the elasticity imaging figure is given priority to with yellow-green.In CEUS the feature of heterogeneous enhancement is vicious predictors, the feature of homogeneous enhancement is kind predictors. The accuracy of Contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined elastic imaging in thyroid nodule diagnosis was 90.57%,which was higher than the single ultrasonic elastography(58.49%)or single contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(69.81%).And the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: For the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules co-existed with HT,the combined scores of elastography scores and contrast-enhanced ultrasound features may offer greater values.
