Clinical Effects Of Hu Po Xiao Shi Granule With Tamsulosin To Treat Lower Ureteral Stones

Objective: In recent years,with the development of our country’s economy,people’s living standard has been improved,and with the change of people’s life style,the incidence of diseases in Department of Urology is also increasing,One of the most common is the lower ureteral stones.not only have to bear great pain,at the same time also affected the basic quality of life,so in this paper,the treatment of ureteral Duan Jieshi under present situation analysis,find out the deficiency,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions,hope to be able to have improved on the lives of patients,reduce the pain of the patients.Methods: Under the selected 150 cases of lower ureteral stones patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,group A(hu po xiao shi granule): 60 g/d,po;Group B(tamsulosin group): tamsulosin 0.2 mg/d,po;Group C(combination group): hu po xiao shi granule with tamsulosin,elimination of oral.Requirements drink2000-3000 ml/d,and told the patient appropriate activities.After 2 weeks review urinary tract ultrasound and CT,calculous eduction.Results:C group and A group,B group,two groups were in the stone expulsion rate,expulsion time,comparison of analgesic use,C group and A B group,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),(P < 0.05),the curative effect is better than the latter.The incidence of adverse reactions in C group and A group,no significant the difference between the B group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Amber vanilla granules combined with tamsulosin treatment of lower ureteral calculi than amber vanilla granules alone or alone with tamsulosin effect,the combination of adverse reactions and simple medication compared to no significant difference.
